Altaic Privatization

After the fall of the Plurinational State and the last regime who used a state controlled economy and now the liberalization of the Altaic marked, the government decides that the time has come for the privatization of many of its enterprises. Through this action, the government wants to stop the era of nationalization and collectivization started in 1935. The privatization will be made in two phases.

Phase 1: Companies for sale

Red Steel Rovograd

The steel factory in Rovograd began its work in 1920 and was constructed by the order of Czar Dorin II Demian. The factory is known for the building of rail tracks, bodies of tanks and civilian cars.

NavAl Shipyards

Also based in Rovograd, the shipyards are known for the construction of the Czar Dragan-Class Dreadnoughts. The shipyards still work today, mostly repairing civilian ships.

Electroputere Dara

The company's name means Electric Power. The factory started working in the 70s constructing electric powered locomotives.

Astra Vagoane Dara

The sister company of Electroputere, who is constructing rail coaches, both for passengers and freight.

Dara Vineyards

The vineyards are famous in eastern Hymiar for their famous wine Grasa.

Altaic Ironed Railways

The company's rents its railways for foreign railway company use.

3 October Altaisk

The last of the three rolling stock builders in Altai. The company has tradition in building diesel powered locomotives.

National Cooper Extraction Company

The NCEC operates 5 mines, three in The Altai Mountains, one in Zagora Mountains and one in Dara Mountains.

National Copper Extraction Company
NCEC is a company based in Dara, Dara Krajina, Altai specialised in the production of copper and copper ore. The company ownes and operates the Roşia Poieni, Roşia Montana and Elor copper mines in the Altai mountains which represents the largest copper reserve in Altai. The company also operates the Sigadora Mine in the Zagora Mountains, south of Rovograd and the Derevnia Mine in the Dara Mountais. NCEC produces around 1.33 million tonnes of copper ore grading 0.36% copper per year from which 9,800 tonnes of copper metal is extracted.

Red Steel Rovograd
Red Steel Rovograd is a company based in the city of Rovograd, Zamosk Oblast. The company was specialized from 1920 to 1935 in producing rail tracks for the Altaic Ironed Railways. During those years, the company worked alongside the # October Altaisk in building and repairing steam locomotives.
From 1935, the country stopped in producing rail tracks but continued to work with 3 October Altaisk and since 1935 the company began producing steel.
In 1967 the company stopped it's cooperation with 3 October and worked along NavAl Shipyards in building hulls for civilian ships.
In 1974, the company also worked with AlArm (Altaic Arms) in modernizing the Kryobaijani tank T-80 and created the Altaic version of the tank, the TR-85, who is also now in use of the Defense Force.
From 1985 to 1992 the company worked alongside the now defunct Automobile Ier, in creating a low-cost civilian car.
From 1992 until today, the company specialized only in the creation of steel.

Thießen AG expresses its interest in buying out the aforementioned companies in two separate purchases. The National Copper Extraction Company would be to become a direct part of the Thießen consortium, whereas we desire to purchase Red Steel Rovograd in consortium with the Wieser vehicles manufacturer WAIN, and assume steel, automobile and armoured vehicle production for the Gorno-Altai market and government.
