Unfortunately, there does not exist good records for Delegacies before Gallantaria's 404 day reign. At that point, web archives become unreliable. The data from before that point is gathered by NSDossier. Information before NSDossier's inception on 28 May 2015 is gathered by the minuscule amounts of information available in the early web archives. Those archives confirm that on 04 May 2003, Grated Cheese was still holding the Delegacy.
Other information, from ancient residents such as Myrth (now with the New Pacific Order), confirm that Grated Cheese was Delegate going back to January 2003.
Further assistance in filling in the history of the early European region is heartily appreciated!
