Thank you for your work, Engellex :) It looks good.

One technical question. When I press "View original", I get a popup to download the map. For all the previous versions, pressing that button led to a new tab in my browser containing an extremely large file of the map. Did you change something, because of which you don't create 36MB files any more but 1.2MB files instead?

I believe it could be a browser issue, but I haven't yet worked that out. What browser are you using?

The file size difference is owed in my using Photoshop CC 2019, and not CS6.

I've embedded the map in the update post, and on the first page of this thread, so it can be viewed without downloading, for those with issue.

It might be your browser? “View original” still works like you’ve originally described for me with a new tab. —Also, great update Louie! You had quite a lot on your plate this update, so thanks for the hard work!

No problem! Can I ask what browser you use?

I'm using Firefox on Windows 10.

EDIT: I also tried Microsoft Edge in Windows 10. The same happens there.

would like to make these amendments to the map if Mazidia gets greened
the orange would be a puppet state, the Tapenagá Republic.

Seeing the changes in Gallia, I feel, I would like this tiny alteration. This is the only way to explain why Bourgogne was seen as such a huge threat historically, given how far east it has moved.

The mapspace formerly known as Bourgogne.
Country name; Neustria
Country capital: Ouistreham (on that little inlet on the NW facing coastline of the Engelsea)
Other cities: Lans (at the very end of the gulf separating Salen and Gunnland from Geotri and the mapspot); Agneaux (on the coast of the inland sea that divides Serenierre or, if you give that spot to Seren, then on the northern body of water between the mapspot, Geotri, and Jyskerige-Ostveg's territory).

Bourgogne's Grand Duke Charles VI has died. Either due to arcane succession laws or a dynastic power play, Neustria has formed to become the Jeweled Crown of Gallia.

For now, Neustria is embryonic; something to work on and do some actual world building. I have not yet decided if CBS will drop away and turn to dust or continue on as the backwater of Germania.

Why are you thinking of dropping CBS? I need you as the boogeyman for military cooperation with Lars :(
I'm undecided. I'd actually rather not drop CBS and do both. I enjoy playing the bohunks of Gallia-Germania. But playing a landlocked backwater has its limitations. Besides, there are only so many minorities to shoot before I have to start thinking about population decline. :)

In regards to my impending greening: I wouldn't blame you if you did green me, as I admit that my activity of late has been lousy (and wasn't much to write home about even when there was some). I would ask, however, that you hold off if possible for another month. I am still invested, but having a lot of difficulty in reorganizing some stuff in my life to give myself enough time to commit to Europe. I do hope to do so, however, and I've always been fairly good at letting you guys know when I think it's appropriate to green me.
