Not by him no. I was just asking. Very respectfully. I'm getting pretty tired of these baseless gotcha attempts. Chill out.
I don't think anyone is trying to pull a gotcha. It's just that the standard procedure is to make a map claim with the needed info and then be done with it. Never has it been SOP for Engellex to confirm every map claim.

Some requests from me...

Can the capital Jugol be moved to in between the three inland lakes please?

Then along the Himyari coastline can you out the following cities (not fussed on order) with a particular concentration around the bit that looks vaguely like a half moon or crescent.

Gabood
Hodon
Bandakor
Ooga
Haradhera
Gelinsoor
Burokab

Then somewhere in the interior, not too far from Port Stanley, can you put a city called Dhihaa.

On Tephanon can you put a city on the largest island called Zarakas (remove the stuff about Sovereign Base Areas if it gets too messy).

On Kollam can there be a city in the middle called Malapuram and if there's space to the south one called Simhabad.

Thanks!

Hi guys! I just joined. Where do you think a nation like mine would be placed? It''s supposed to be a central African country.

Hi Songa, and welcome. Here is a new players guide:
As for your placement, Natal is literally our South Africa, the Dune Sea is Namibian based, Port-Stanley on Zimbabwe-Rhodesia, ETCOS and Loago on Tanzania/Kenya, Azraq on Somalia/Ethiopia/Nubia and Cabaon in Chad. You could either go north of me or south of Pelasgia.

The thing is, @Songa , if you want to play something jungly like the Congo, south of Pelasgia would be better, wile north of me would be better for a Sahelian nation.

I think that being placed north of you is the way to go.

Hi, could you please rename Caledonia to Virumaa, Dun Eidyn to Kuressaare, Langaim to Loksa and Dun Glas to Imavere?

I thought Port Stanley was a bit Congo? ETCOS is more Mozambique with greater rainforest.

But yeah, Western Himyar / Echidna is a curious one. I am still not entirely sure how to establish the geography of ETCAS entirely, beyond the founding feel of desert that Borovanger established. So there is opportunity to fit what you want there, if you so hoped for it. @Songa

In a PM a while ago I said to just post your request in the thread and everything will be fine. I even liked a post of yours above to let you know I saw it. ;)

Three small requests re: the beautifully redesigned Port Stanley, where things are going to heat up soon along the Rwenbezi (River) and Lake Rwenbezi. Like the Congo, to which you aptly compared it @Engellex , Port Stanley is sort of like a Heart of Darkness scenario that plays out along the central river. But the 1979 independence war and white-rule elements, as well as some names, are sops, as @Virumaa noted, to Zimbabwe-Rhodesia. The central concept is (or was) that what appears like a apartheid state, and on closer examination an apartheid state allied with Azraqi traders, is in fact secretly (now not as secretly) ruled by matriarchal tribeswomen.

(1) May you put Chinde where Oriel is now, please?
(2) May you put Oriel upriver, between Fort Smith and Chinde?
(3) May you put a new town, Bal'harm, way out west near the Dune Sea?

Save a spot for me where Rio de Oro is greened, I'm planning to potentially use that for the California analogue. I'll be making the threads/account in the next few days.

My only concern with this request is that doesn't leave any room for future players in eastern Himyar. However if noone else in the community has an issue I'm easy. Just a thought.

Look forward to having you as a neighbour one way or another!

Seeing the changes in Gallia, I feel, I would like this tiny alteration. This is the only way to explain why Bourgogne was seen as such a huge threat historically, given how far east it has moved.
