You know what I just realized, I closed the embassy from you back in the '50s and I was figuring I'd ask you what we should probably do about that.

Thanks :) Yeah I felt some freshness was needed. I never liked the old one.

Your Commissar for External Affairs in Dulwich? At ministerial level, that will mean with the Foreign Affairs Joint Committee. I wouldn't mind such an RP, at all! Should be fun.

Well, obviously if its a committee, then my guy will come a heavier delegation as well... but you get the gist. TBH we may flesh out our approaches and see what comes out of it.

The Engellexian Republic has no single minister or Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, presently. It is all handled by the Foreign Affairs Joint Committee.

Just a thought: I was thinking one way to add another dynamic to your east-west divide is for the western half to be Protestant (like Huguenots or something) and the eastern half Tiburan Catholic. Was looking at the map and thought it made sense and could be interesting.

Hmm. I imagine the Burgundian minority in the Province of Arierre (northern half of the eastern Peninsula) would be Twentish and the rest Twentish. And maybe the bottom bunch can be a brand of Protestanism... though I don't want to have too fractious a country either.

BTW what is happening in your country? Why is Fleur defending you?

Bourgogne has a strong Jewish lobby!

And sees Trivodnia as an important buffer state with Kadikistan.

How aligned are you with Ivar? Is it likely we have poor relations as well?

Ivar and Villesen have a close relationship but one of some considerable bumps as well. But I reckon that your country and mine are not on good terms - simply because of the fact that you are close to Bourgogne and antagonistic with Ivar. But I suppose economically we do deal with one another, just politically things are icy, I suppose.

Tell me more about your exiled royals, children of that paragon of monarchism Leopold X? Do they need a home?

They already have it. One branch lives in Bourgogne and the other in Eiffelland

Hey. I need a wife for one of my royals. Are there any Serenien princesses who could have been married off to Elben's crown prince who was born in 1970 and died in 2011, making her a widow and mother of the current crown prince?

Perfect. You would be invited to the Hôtel de Vaumand on 2 Rue de Révolution, the Premier's official residence. It is quite grand and has great gardens where the interviewer and the Premier can walk.

I saw your news post. Is there a Twentish conclave I have missed? The Papam thread is for TIBURAN Catholicism. There is no Twentish conclave at this time.

A bit of an OOC faux pas on my part. I thought it was Twentish.

Where exactly did you pop that missile? Because Nichtstein's reaction will range from "OK" to "OK, we're buying those five carriers after all. And that extra panzer division."

Most rival claimants to thrones have nothing to due with laws but rather the complexities of dynastic succession. Usually, this happens when a main branch dies out and cadet branches argue over the claim. Even if the lower house did not pass it, it would set a majority of Serenierre's nobles against me. Thus I would and will have RP differently. Originally, we had my guy as the last claimant. Now, there are two main ones. And now this law. Is there anything else I should know about?
    13. Bourgogne

That law is really going to change my RP to be honest

Alrigthy, it seems R-G has no objections. Would you mind if Eiffelland and Nichtstein were to send representatives, to make it easier for us to all normalise relations simultaneously?

I wouldn't mind such a meeting, I think it'd be a great idea in fact. Though, since I find it hard to believe either one of our HoGs would go to each other's country right now, perhaps we could hold it in a third country?
