CONFIDENTIAL INTERNAL COMMUNIQUÉ
FROM: Office of the First Secretary of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties
TO: William de Maqueda, General Secretary of the Borovanger Red League
RE: Rapprochement towards Marxist-Serazinism

Comrade General Secretary,

It is with some concern that we relay to you this message through the Office of Bohemond Petain, First Delegate of the Red League to the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties. As the Central Committee of the International has told Comrade Petain earlier today we are concerned with the increasing influence of the Communist Party of Serenierre upon several local and even leading cadres of the Red League. This influence being won by the increasing presence of the Marxist-Serazinist Revolutionary Guards on the field of battle. We need not remind you that they would be standing there alone if it was not for Kadikistani military specialists and trainers teaching the Borovanger revolutionaries the art of war and giving them the means to defend themselves and fight back. Indeed we stood behind you when all others remained silent.

The Central Committee deems it best for the Red League to publicly praise and pledge allegiance to Marxist-Leninovist theory as it always has in the past. The next military shipment of spare parts and ammunition will include necessary propaganda tools to better explain the vital differences between Marxist-Leninovism and Marxist-Serazinism. Overseeing the correct and equal distribution of this propaganda will be a Joint Kadikistani-Borovanger Committee, including twelve Kadikistani Political Commissars and twelve Borovanger Party members. The Joint Committee will be supervised by the Central Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties. The propaganda includes booklets, pamphlets, posters, flags and banners in order to mobilise the working class behind the unified Marxist-Leninovist Red League.

But further action must be taken to preserve the theoretical purity of the Red League, the latter also being the core of its strength as said in our Glorious Leader's manifesto. Any high ranking functionary within the Red League and its military structure suspected of switching allegiance towards Serazin's cult must be put through a thorough investigation. Should the suspicions be true that must result in an immediate discharge from the higher echelons of the Red League and a demotion to a lower level position on the battlefield. If the revolution is to succeed we must remain true to our cause and not be weaken by the forces that seek to fragment the Marxist-Leninovist movement in Borovanger. The Serenierrese must not be denounced publicly, but we must bar their influence upon the revolution or all will be for nothing.

SIGNED,

CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNIQUÉ: FOR THE EYES OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTE ONLY
FROM:
Secret Internationalist Communist Party of Pelasgia Headquarters, Euroia, Theme of Brennia
TO: Office of the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties
SUBJECT: Report on the recent political developments in Pelasgia

Comrade Chairman,

I am writing to you to proudly announce our Party's successful return to seven percent of the popular vote across Pelasgia, securing for as an equivalent number of seats in the National Assembly, as well as our rise to controlling twelve of the seats in the Senate, effectively granting us control over ten percent of the voting power within the Senate.

The bourgeois pseudo-socialist Progressive People's Party (PLK) has managed to lead the polls, partnering with the 'reformed liberal' Reformist Party and the revisionist Prometheist Party to potentially form a minority government. They have offered us a position in a coalition government, thinking that we would lower ourselves to the level of cooperating with reactionaries and bourgeois-owned 'socialists'. A more enticing offer is that of our support for their forming a minority government, in exchange for a promise to pass laws easing the Propontis regime's surveillance, harassment and containment of our movement and its network, allowing us to solidify our control both the labour and minority movements.

The fascist and reactionary-dominated Senate is bound to block all legislation coming out of the National Assembly, but in either case our Party would stand to benefit, as we would be more free to struggle against the capitalist system without having to actually see through any new laws by the PLK's revisionist government. On the other hand, there is a concern that our lending support to such revisionists might soil our party's image as an ideologically pure force.

However, as our party is uncertain of what course it should take, I would like to ask your advice, in your capacity as Chairman of the first and greatest truly Communist party in Europe, over what course we should follow. Workers of the world, unite!

CONFIDENTIAL INTERNAL COMMUNIQU
FROM: Office of the First Secretary of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties

RE: Report on the recent political developments in Pelasgia

Comrade Chairman,

Marxist-Leninovist theory teaches us that one can not compromise theoretical purity for the sake of partaking bourgeoisie parliamentary democracy or any other action that would see us make compromises on our ideals. However, it is the opinion of the new Central Committee, which decides and oversees the Party-line, that a certain pragmatism must be allowed if the greater goal remains the expansion of socialism. If in this particular case the DKKP can support the social-capitalist coalition, on the conditions that several of its demands are taken up in the coalition accords, thus being able to better expand its organizational party network and spread the revolutionary message even further, the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties will not oppose this strategy. We do urge our comrades in the DKKP to make sure as much of their party goals are included in the coalition accords, having a strong position at the negotiating table since the bourgeois left needs the Party in order to prevent the conservative front from forming the government. We recommend against asking solely for laws that would ease the surveillance over the DKKP as the people must not get the image that the Party is in the government only to serve itself. It must be clarified for the Pelasgian working class that the DKKP's support for the left government is out of concern for the people and in order to better the fate of the worker while still preparing for the inevitable revolution. The DKKP must ensure that it does not loose its hold on their base within the industrialized areas of Pelasgia, and remains committed to the needs of the proletariat.

If this leftist coalition would end up going to highly against the interests of the working class and the Party, the DKKP must be ready to draw its conclusions and act fast in a disciplined fashion. However, withdrawing support for this coalition can not be done lightly, as it would be interpreted not only as an act of purity, but also as one of failiure. We trust the capable leadership of Himyar's greatest communist party will make the right decisions. They will do so with the full support of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties and the Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party.

CONFIDENTIAL INTERNAL COMMUNIQUE

TO: Secret Internationalist Communist Party of Pelasgia Headquarters, Euroia, Theme of Brennia and the Underground Cadres of the DKKP, Pelasgia
RE: Report on the recent political developments in Pelasgia

Dear Comrades,

Due to the unclear circumstances in Pelasgia and given the safety risk of this message we are forced to be brief. The International has not forsaken you. In order to be of better assistance we need an immediate update on the situation in Pelasgia along with an assessment of the strength and capacity of the DKKP at this time. In case of a climate hostile to the Pelasgian communist movement the high order is: action. If no hostilities have been exchanged between the DKKP and the militarists we urge you to wait.

We await your response. Do not forget, you have prepared for this.

CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNIQUE: FOR THE EYES OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTE ONLY
FROM:
Secret Internationalist Communist Party of Pelasgia Headquarters, Euroia, Theme of Brennia
TO: Office of the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties
RE: Report on the recent political developments in Pelasgia

Comrade Chairman,

It would seem that the Propontine regime has finally decided to show its true face. As the military had not been completely demobilised at this point, within a few hours, they were able to place the entire country under their control. However, the most shocking part of this development is that it does not come from the traditional nationalist-militarist and pro-Junta circles in Propontis, but from the emperor himself.

Due to the rapidity of the coup, we were unable to put up any sort of meaningful resistance while it was taking place. The Senate as well as the National Assembly have been dissolved, while the offices of most political parties have seen some form of military presence. The Common Parliament is set to reconvene in two days, unless Martial Law is extended, though we think that unlikely at the moment. However, the State of Siege will still be in effect, meaning that the new militarists will have extraordinary powers and will continue to do so for the next fifteen days.

As the DKKP was not openly supportive of the PLK and the other revisionist factions threatening the Propontis regime, we have escaped the detentions and arrests they have seen, but our offices still saw oolice presence; then again, a similar presence was also seen in the offices of the pro-regime parties, so we can only assume it was meant to discourage any attempts to openly resist the coup. So far, the putschists have been mostly passive toward our Party, with the exception of arresting a number of union leaders who led anti-Senatorial protests yesterday, some of whom were affiliated with our Party. We assume those affiliated with the DKKP will be released, as we have so far avoided provoking the regime. I myself was the only political leader on the left not to be detained, though the police did visit my house and requested that I present myself at a nearby police station, as they did with many other senior DKKP members, probably to ensure we were not planning any counter-putschist action they had not picked up.

Right now, we are assuming that the putschists intend to return to a Parliamentary system, as a full-blown Junta would be hardly supportable, but wish to firmly establish the dominance of the Senatorial elites over the middle-class dominated National Assembly, and wish to further subject the Senate to the control of the Emperor. In short, they want to transform the system from their supposed 'Crowned Democracy' into a Constitutional Monarchy. While our phone lines are being observed and any group of more than three men draws the attention of the armed soldiers and policemen patrolling the streets of major cities, as well as the TEPA in rural areas, we remain in contact with our networks over secret radio stations.

The combined membership of DKKP party members, DKKP youth members and those who are part of DKKP-affiliated or dominated unions and minority associations stands at about 10,990,000. The persecution of the Propontis regime might have been toned down since the normalisation of relations between Kadikistan and the regime, but we are certain that the regime possess records of much of our membership, has intelligence on much of our network and is capable of closely observing us. With regard to armament, we have a variety of weaponry stored away, though the lack of training and the relatively small amount of weaponry we possess compared to our membership discourages the use of force.

As of yet, we await your instruction. Within two days, we will hopefully be capable of confronting the "Imperial Government" at the Senate if all goes as esteemed.

RE: Report on the recent political developments in Pelasgia

Dear Comrades,

We are pleased to hear from you and more so because the reports on the current circumstances in Pelasgia seem positive at first sight. Naturally these harassments by the imperial law enforcement are an annoyance and a breach upon your civil liberties, but the past has shown us that the situation could have been much worse. If the new regime is willing to give the DKKP a place within the new Pelasgia, where the Party can continue to grow and organize with the same liberties as were granted after the latest Status Quo Accords, it seems the best option at this time is to postpone open class struggle and accept the underlying peace offered by the new regime through not cracking down upon the DKKP and its instruments. The Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party, and thus the Kadikistani State, will do everything within their power to help the new rulers realise the importance of keeping the peace with the DKKP through the various networks and back-channels at our disposal. We advice against any large manifestations of the DKKP or any of its affiliates at this time as the political climate is deemed premature for a revolution to be successful.

However, the highest form of vigilance must be kept up. Local Commanders must stand ready to report even the slightest sign of a crackdown to the Central Command, in which case the DKKP must act quickly and profile itself as the leading faction of the leftist revolt, utilizing its highly-organized militant base along with the Kadikistani-trained commanders to establish dominance over the revisionist left. Both the Street and the Factory Cells must be mobilized and ready to strike in all corners of the Empire, numbing it to its very core. Revolutionary Cells must remain armed and ready to attack a range of both strategic and tactic targets within a matter of minutes or hours, even when the Central Command is compromised. Our hard labour to organize and prepare the DKKP for an occurrence such as this will bear its fruits, should the new regime proceed to target the DKKP or its affiliate organizations and movements.

Should the political climate evolve into a revolutionary state, which is not entirely unlikely given the circumstances, the DKKP must seize the opportunity and take a leading role as the Vanguard for the revolution. Within the current situation the high order is the following: PREPARE, ORGANIZE, BE VIGILANT AND WAIT.

FROM: Alexei Cherkatcjev, First Secretary of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties
TO: Deputies of the Member Parties of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties
RE: Renewal and confirmation of membership

Comrades,
Results of the Central Committee's special vote have determined the need for a renewal of the membership register of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties. Internal Directive SK007896.37B, approved by the Central Committee on the 19th of November 2017, is to be carried out by the Executive Committee through the following method. All current member parties of the International are requested to renew their membership application, some dating from over 60 years ago, according to the following template:

INTERNATIONAL NAME:
DOMESTIC NAME:
LEADER NAME:
DEPUTY NAME:
POSITION: (OPPOSITION/GOVERNMENT)
LEGAL STATUS: (LEGAL/ILLEGAL)
ORIGINAL DATE OF MEMBERSHIP: (DATE OF FIRST APPLICATION)

This measure was deemed necessary to better accommodate the various member parties of the International and better serve them to their specific needs. We expect a response from the respective member parties as soon as possible. Once all applications of renewal or potential new membership applications have been filed according to the established protocols a reworked and renewed membership list will be published through the appropriate channels of the International.

The Central Committee expects full cooperation.

**The Communist Party of Gunnland (CPG) consists of well-connected and influential figures within the Gunnish government who are friendly to the tenets of Marxism-Leninovism and view Ivar favorably, despite the fact that they are Catholics. I imagine they would be an observer or junior member of the IAMLP, and have secret-service contacts with Kadikistan. If tensions between Ivar and the Church grow more intense, the CPG might jettison its moderate leadership. The true believers are Litzberg and MacKeown.

- ATTENTION KOMMUNISTISCHE PARTEI EIFFELLANDS -
FROM: Alexei Cherkatcjev, First Secretary of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties
TO: Heinrich Liebknecht, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Eiffelland
RE: Fascist 'March on Trier'

Comrade Heinrich,

As you have no doubt established through your esteemed delegate Jens Modrow, whom holds the Eiffellandian seat in the Central Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties, it is the opinion of the Executive Political Committee that the KPE must mobilize against the announced 'March on Trier'. The latter is organized by a reactionary alliance of fascist parties with the sole purpose of undermining the regional status quo, under which we thrive, and carries a radical anti-communist and anti-Kadikistani signature.

We are aware of the limitations that the KPE endures, having to bare over 60 years of government repression. Nevertheless, in accordance with Directive SK009856.3B of the Executive Committee, we expect full mobilization. Trade Union networks are to be addressed, all Part cadres are to mobilize, affiliate organizations must support the Party with every means at their disposal. The KPE is free to choose the forms of the counter-protest, but must maintain dominance over the antifascist action at all cost and root out potential infiltration by deviationist leftist sects. We count on the KPE, one of the oldest communist parties in the world and a founding member of this great International, to show militancy and defiance against fascism and social-capitalism.

As always you will receive the full support and solidarity from the International and its donors in the Rurikgrad Pact.

Signed,

Revoluz Socialoureneg Strollad
Revolutionary Socialist Party
TOP SECRET - SEKRED

Comrade Alexei Cherkatcjev,

The Revolutionary Socialist Party has managed to convince the Socialist Democratic Party and the Green Party of the menace the National Union poses on the people of Caledonia and of the world itself. The two parties have agreed to be integrated in the Revolutionary Socialist Party with the condition that we end to tolerate the fascists and we begin our resistance. In the words of the elder social-democratic leader Yannick mab Andras, a known pro-monarchist, "even a communist republic is better than an insane to-be dictatorship that will start a war for the sake of imperialism." There are rumours circulating that Loago will be integrated directly in Caledonia and the same will be done with Boumerda too. We expects the colonial government of Loago to accept that, but should Boumerda reject it, Saig Madec is ready to go to war. This is unacceptable not only for the Pelasgian-Kadikistani interest in keeping the status quo in the Kalahari, as any form of destabilisation will bring the Implarian socialists up in the Long Sea, but also to the Caledonians themselves, many of whom have put behind their imperialist past and prefer to live a stable and peaceful life.

While the Kadikistani move to defeat the Radek bandits has inflamed fascist spirits in Germania, with that fiasco, the March on Trier, for which we are ready to even ask for the expulsion of the Eiffelandian Communist Party from this organisation, to the March on Dun Eidyn, which was nothing more and nothing less of a coup d'etat. We have contacts in the Constitutional Court and in the Dun Eidyn Tribunal and we plan to fight the fascists legally, especially that the law is on our side and if we play our cards right, we might see a Caledonian Republic appear without any sort of armed resistance. We will mobilise students and all progressive and proletarian elements in the country to protest against the fascist takeover. We will boycott all events organised by the National Union.

The so-called legitimacy of the National Union comes from winning 20 seats of the parliament in the Caitish regions, which are known to be regressive and reactionary. They then obliged the Country Party to vote for Saig Madec as the gendarmes and the police didn't do their duty as the current Grand Commissioner of the Guardians of Peace is a Caitman by the name of Urguist and he was a supporter of the National-Syndicalists. Should the Country party have voted for Olivia mab Andras, the marchers would have stormed the headquarters of the Party and it would have ended up in a bloodshed.

But, the southern counties like Deira, Dumnonia, Cervetia haven't forgotten about how much the politicians from the north and the regressive ideologies emanating from the Caitlands have devastated Caledonia. The Iron Wall policies and the Loago Bush War of 1955-1957 still remain in our memories as the apogee of Caledonian imperialism. We were impoverished and we have all lost at least a friend or a family member in those policies and wars that the National-Syndicalists have pushed us in. When finally southerners came to power and brought some sanity to all that, with the Internal Settlement, it was northern and traditionalist insanity that started the war. The South doesn't forget how much Kadikistan has funded the development of Caledonia during the days of the People's Republic and how even now, even if they were refurbished, one quarter of the Caledonians are living in apartments that have been built with Kadikistani aid.

The support for a republic will rise even more in the future, as the people mostly want peace. That is what the people want. All those calls of the National Union, beginning with the glory of the empire and ending with religious salvation is nothing for the people, especially when we see how much in a crisis the defence forces are because there aren't recruits who want to join them and how many churches at least in the south are empty during mass. No, republicanism and socialism can give the people what they want the most: peace and stability.

Should the legal campaign against the National Union fail, as we expect everything from them, even push us again in the underground, though this time it will be hard, as we, like I said after integrating in our ranks the Social Democratic and Green Parties and subject them to our guidelines, are the only opposition against the fascists. But still, should Saig Madec ban us and send his dogs after us, we request permission to start the armed resistance, as we expect many elements in the armed forces to be supporting us.

We hope that the Kadikistani Union will receive this message and will support us. Caledonia might be the next in line to follow the torch of socialism.

Signed

CONFIDENTIAL INTERNAL COMMUNIQUÉ
- ATTENTION REVOLUTIONARY SOCIALIST PARTY -
FROM: Alexei Cherkatcjev, First Secretary of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties
TO: Aedan Blacach, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Revolutionary Socialist Party
RE: Political situation in Caledonia

Comrade Aedan,

As always we are grateful for the detailed reports coming from our friends in the increasingly reactionary Caledonian High Kingdom. It is the opinion of the Central Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties, as you have no doubt been made clear by comrade Munn, that the leading cadres must elevate its awareness towards social-capitalist factions within their ranks. While the broad front was sanctioned by the International it should now be the main priority of the RSP to strengthen and indiscriminately enforce strict party discipline. We have little doubt that you will succeed in these efforts as we expect nothing less from one of our founding members with such a proud tradition and deep historic ties with Ivar.

"A true revolution can not succeed unless the revolutionaries are theoretically pure, committed, united and unwavering in their loyalty to the people.", such were the great words of our third ideological father Nikolai Leninov. The Revolutionary Socialist Party can not afford to present itself as an internally divided political force. Compromises are against our ideological beliefs and the working class won't tolerate anything less than total liberation. It is for these reasons that we strongly advice that former social-capitalists and greens are given secondary positions until such a time when an extensive internal Party review can determine which of them show potential within the Marxist-Leninovist family. Those who remain loyal to revisionist or reactionary factions have no place in the RSP and the Caledonia of the future.

In relation to the Eiffellandian Communist Party we wish to state that we have heard and understood your concerns. That is why the Disciplinary Bureau of the International is currently investigating the reasons and potential mistakes made by the leading cadres of the KPE in their organization of the counter-protests against the 'March on Trier'. The findings and conclusions of the Disciplinary Bureau will be brought before the Executive Committee during a special hearing. Besides your presence in the Executive Bureau we also invite you to personally state your case for the expulsion of the KPE, which we will deeply consider during the review. Nevertheless, at this time, we are not inclined to ban a fellow founding member and see the meagre mobilisation against the March on Trier as a result of decades of repression by the Eiffellandian regime. In the event that unforgivable mistakes were made by the KPE leadership the International will call for a replacement of these individuals rather than banning the entire party, effectively ending the presence of our great organization in Eiffelland. Should the KPE leadership refuse to abandon their posts we will install provisional leaders ourself, but since this would cause a split in the already very small KPE we will only utilize these methods as a last resort.

Although I know this goes without saying, I will do no harm in repeating it. The International Marxist-Leninovist Movement can not be seen as bickering among themselves to the outside world. Critiques and discussions are to be done behind closed doors and in a spirit of camaraderie. Public denouncements and declarations of critique will be subjected to disciplinary measures.

CONFIDENTIAL INTERNAL COMMUNIQUE

FROM: Heinrich Liebknecht, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Kommunistische Partei Eiffellands
TO: Alexei Cherkatcjev, First Secretary of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties
RE: Confidential internal directive [SK009856.3B] regarding fascist march on Trier

Comrade Alexei Cherkatcjev,

On behalf of the Central Committee of the KPE, herewith our report on the actions taken by the KPE against the fascist march on Trier from Sunday 28 January 2018.

As you know, we are under strong surveillance of the bourgeois‑capitalist government of Eiffelland. The KPE is legal, but the government of Eiffelland is waiting for that tiny little occasion to prohibit the KPE. Violence on behalf of the KPE would be such a tiny little occasion. We are free to advocate the blessings of Marxism‑Leninovism, but only verbally. Therefore, a violent disturbance of the fascist march on behalf of the KPE was not possible.

It was possible, however, to join the counterprotestmarch. We mobilised all the members of the KPE, as well as the Marxist‑Leninovist labour unions, to join this counterprotestmarch. Litterally every KPE‑member and every member of Marxist‑Leninovist labour unions was at the counterprotestmarch, complete with flags of the KPE and the Marxist‑Leninovist labour unions. A large part of the counterprotestmarch was red.

Furthermore, we made a statement about the legality of the fascist march by challenging the approval of the march in court. The judge came to a verdict that was negative to us, unfortunately. We used the opportunity, however, to make clear on national television that the judge was on the side of the fascists, and that that was the reason why he verdicted against us.

We also mobilised our clandestine forces. Unofficially, we have contacts with people all over Eiffelland, who are willing to help us out by force. Officially on their own behalf, but unofficially upon our order, these people attacked and disrupted the fascist march. Furthermore, they defended the counterprotestmarch against attacking fascist gangs. The Eiffellandian police and army were present at the marches with an enormous manpower, and attacked our clandestine forces with much violence. We made recordings of the actions taken by the Eiffellandian police and army against our people, took them to the newspapers and television stations, and placed them on the Internet. Now it is crystal clear to the world how the government of Eiffelland, depite claims about upholding freedom of speech and freedom of opinion, oppresses leftwing movements in general, including the KPE. We also have recordings of lax reactions by the police and army against the fascist gangs.

We trust that we provided all the information you need. Should there remain any unclarities, then we will provide you with further information to answer your questions.

Yours sincerely,

Heinrich Liebknecht
General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Kommunistische Partei Eiffellands

CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNIQUE: FOR THE EYES OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTE ONLY
FROM:
Secret Internationalist Communist Party of Headquarters, Diospolis, Theme of Elimeiotis, Pelasgia
TO: Office of the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties, Ivar, @Kadikistan
RE: Division within the Party over United Front participation
Date: 20/08/2018 (Pelasgian time, Julian calendar)

Comrade Chairman,

The division which has gripped our country as of late, of which I am sure you are no doubt aware, has caused a rift within most of the political sphere of Pelasgia. The DKKP, unfortunately, is no exception. Whereas the Propontis Regime has dissolved all political parties within its domain, save for the loyalist People's Party, the Republican side, while dominated by the Nationalists has managed to unite the remaining parties of the political spectrum. While the Nationalists have largely absorbed the Liberals, on the basis of a now common economic policy, the bourgeois pseudo-socialists in the Social Party and a handful of ultra-reactionaries from the far-right National Phalanx have joined a so-called United Front to support the Republican "National Salvation Government"'s struggle against the Propontis Regime.

Because of the larger scale alignment of the leftist political organisations and, even more concerningly, much of the leftist electorate with this United Front, many in our Party, mainly led by Deputy Alexandros Sophokleous, have started to call for the Internationalist Communist Party to join this political alliance. This is particularly attractive to many in our base because of the fighting spirit of the coalition, which they mistake for a revolutionary struggle. I have so far called against such participation, due to our long-standing policy of non-intervention in general Pelasgian political affairs and non-mingling with the impure pseudo-revolutionaries of the bourgeois left. However, I fear the party may be divided deeply, if not irreparably by this rift. I await instructions from Ivar on how to proceed from this point on.

SIGNED,

PS: Due to potential active monitoring of our communications following the Propontis Regime's ineffectual and impotent declaration of hostile intent against Kadikistan, I have taken additional precautions with regard to security, encryption, and delivery of our channels and messages, respectively.
