Attached is the latest briefing from the Free State Intelligence Bureau on the situation in Crotobaltislavonia. Being so far away in the Implarian we imagine little will be of genuine interest to you, but given your previous public spats with Windhaven, I thought it would be worth pointing to you the sections where high level sources in Clan MacLeish suggest Gunnland is allowing free passage of Kadikistani military vehicles through its lands - claims that have since been verified by our own intelligence assets near the Gunno-Calidian border.
Furthermore, Gunnland has publicly announced the deployment of two brigades to Elben, ostensibly to filter rebels from refugees, but we see little reason why special forces or reconnaissance teams would be needed if that were the case, given us reason to suspect Gunnland is planning greater involvement in Crotobaltislavonia.
The view of our own foreign policy experts is there little point in raising this directly with Gunnland, which like so much of Christian Europe right now is gripped by a paranoid anti-Semitism. Windhaven is also preoccupied with the coronation of its new Queen and internal clan politics. And last but not least, it would compromise the safety and operational security of FSIB agents and informants in Gunnland.
