Only hours ago did Crotobaltislavonia, Kadikistan and Xinhai launch an unprovoked attack on Trivodnia in a blatant attempt to steal our land.

I know relations between our nations have not always been positive but clearly we share the same threats from the East. This is not a call for Ruthenia-Galicia to risk its own citizens lives for the Free States, although clearly a joint front against Kadikistan would deter further aggression. However this is a call for L'viv to ho honour its traditional neutrality even if there is pressure to do otherwise.

Dear President of Trivodnia,

the urgency in which your message has been written can be clearly seen as a sort of call for help, knowing that it is not question of mobilizing armed forces in the Free State. As you are probably informed, I personally can't be officially involved in this war, as well for my government. However, a secret support by sending weapons to your army is possible, and even strongly plausible. You must keep in mind that if it happens, this traffic should be secretly done, and this only by ourselves.

Material aid in the form of military equipment would be most welcome. May I ask we coordinate with Eiffelland and Retalia to secure the flow of supplies.

I would also welcome diplomatic support in lobbying Kadikistan and their Rurikgrad Pact allies to end this pointless war and bloodshed.
