The Central Secretariat announces a loosening of immigration rules for the purposes of inviting citizens and refugees from war ravaged countries to come for safety into this Protectorate. It is no secret that many citizens of this Protectorate have chosen to leave and emigrate to the Kingdom of Occitania, which as a result has created a situation where this Protectorate is facing considerable shortages in the workforce.

To remedy the problem, we are inviting Himyari nationals to formally approach the Protectorate of Occitania to improve their lives. Their are many options for low skilled labourers, who will find ready and stable employment as this country rebuilds itself as a part of consistent international development schemes overseen by the Government of Serenierre.

Furthermore, any immigrants from such countries looking to base themselves in this country shall be afforded the ability to apply for agricultural lands in Occitania, as well as jobs in new ventures established by the Central Secretariat as the post war economy shall commence to establish itself.

To those looking for a fresh start, the Protectorate of Occitania offers much. To those looking to escape persecution, the Protectorate offers a fresh start.

OOC: This is a plan to get some non-Gallian ethnicities into West Occitania to dilute the ethnic make up of the country, so as to break old social customs and establish a more racially diverse, yet more openminded segment of the population loyal to the Protectoral authorities rather than old Occitan ways. This is primarily for poor countries and war ravaged ones. Please cooperate with me.

We believe that the Protectorate can provide safety and progression in the lives of many people. The native population of this nation is significantly under equipped to handle the rigors of modern economies. As the tyrant king Julian Faure kept the peoples of western Occitania confined to feudal ideals, we are in desperate need for foreign friends.

We welcome all. At present, we would be more than willing to accommodate only those who are sturdy and capable of joining our construction efforts. As space will be available we shall make way for more people. We believe in establishing healthy urban environments for all citizens and immigrants and refugees.

The Secretariat is open to commence discussions about inviting immigrants/refugees from Loago.

We would establish such a scheme under same protocol established with the Government of Ostmark. All human rights and international standards would be respected to the best of our ability. The Secretariat can at present only welcome urban construction specialists, as we have enough workers for agricultural purposes.

The AURARINE REPUBLIC applauds the PROTECTORATE OF OCCITANIA's for its decision to open up its borders to the peoples under distress from the varying conflicts in HIMYAR.

To date, few of the world's nations have addressed the growing concern of human suffering on the continent as a result of the LOAGAN WAR. The refugee crisis on the continent will not be solved unless more nations step up and offer a hand to those who seek better lives.

The REPUBLIC stands prepared to assist the PROTECTORATE in whatever way we can on this noble endeavor.

The Apostolic Kingdom of Virumaa fully condemns this plan of immigration set up by the Protectorate under the close supervision, of course, of the Serazinist Republic of Serenierre. We cannot understand how the clique leading the Protectorate is so cynical that is ready to force an ethnic replacement, bringing in foreigners to replace the local Occitans. While we have been critical in the past of the political catharism of the royal regime of Occitania, this is truly a new level of cruelty imposed on the people living in the southern fringes of Gallia.

Behind the mask of humanitarianism, we can only observe that the suffering of the Himyari people in the aftermath of the Loagan Bush War is seen only as a political calculation for the masterminds behind the government of the Protectorate, the Serenien military administration. Virumaa has fought wars against Kadikistan, from the Cold War of 1955/56 to the National Uprising of 1957 and as much as the Kadikistani have been presented as the greater evil, they have never set up policies of ethnic cleansing and repopulation, nor have they used biological and chemical weapons in war. Yet, the cynical rulers of Hospidiz and Villesen are pushing for an ethnic cleansing in Occitania, to be sure that there the moral and cultural fabric of Western Occitania is permanently teared apart.

What we are the most shocked of, is that Auraria commends this position and those policies. But we can see how the country sees this whole refugee crisis not as a collective suffering of a people suffering from the pillages, rapes and extermination suffered by the onslaught of communism in Loago, but uses this as a way to befriend Serenierre. The majority of the refugees have been allowed to enter Azraq, ETCOS, Natal, Virumaa and Engellachia. Virumaa has received back up to 300,000, while Auraria let only 15,000 enter its territory, yet, Occitania as the newly conquered territory, is probably seen by the Serenien and the Auraria share this vision, as good lands for all forms of social experimentation, forced miscegenation and general disruption of over a millenia of linguistic, artistic and religious culture which have permeated in the peninsula.

But we shouldn't be surprised. This is what communists do. They take pride and joy in the destruction of cultures, religions and people all in the name of a flawed idea of building a new world from scratch without the wisdom of the old one, just perpetuating the suffering in the same of a generalised but vague new world order which just creates a bland and uniform mass of people with no cultural distinctions.

That is why, the Apostolic Kingdom of Virumaa follows the example set forth by Lars and ends its recognition of the Protectorate of Occitania, seeing it from now as being nothing more than just a territory under Serenien Military Administration and putting on sanctions against the members of the governmental apparatus of the Protectorate.

We are not surprised by the reactionary and backward response from the Minister of Foreign Affairs. What does snowy Virumaa know of the hot Gallian sun? What does Virumaa know of the prosperity and development we seek for the liberated territories of Occitania? We can assure the Foreign Minister that a time shall come when his country will be desperate to re-establish foreign relations with the Protectorate. But we shall remember.

We call on all Gallian and friendly nations to condemn this bullying campaign against a weaker, pacifist nation that is only seeking to rebuild itself through the ashes of war. This Protectorate is committed to the humanitarian and economic uplifting of humanity.
