Calling in sick today?: Until 1983, the Two Kingdoms of Jyskerige and Østveg classified homosexuality as a mental illness. That year, activists and those who wished to exploit the system took the classification as an illness to its logical extent. Jysk-Austwegians called in too gay to go to work. The law was changed by the summer of 1983.

ENTRY #1827

Yo-Ho! and a bottle of rum!: King Christian XI had a younger brother who was jealous of his older brother but rich enough to only be missing out on fame! Tired of his life in the royal court forever in second place, he left the capital to become a king himself! From that point forward Erik Bloodbeard took no prisoners, and reigned as Pirate King of the Gothic Sea! He’d sail as far as Westernesse and raid shipping for a period of 13 years! He was captured by a Cussian captain who was so impressed with his qualities at sea, he set him free! Afterwards he returned home with random and unfathomable riches which are now on display in the Imperial Museum in Gothenhagen!
