This is a preliminary offer of clearance by the Extrafree Trade Authority, responsible for assessing and authorizing the entrance of goods from outside the Liberated Territories into the common free market of the Anti-State.
This Authority does not take into account the political circumstances that exist between the state entities gathered in the Anti-State and outside territories, it merely assesses whether goods from outside the Liberated Territories are cleared to enter the common market based on its set of criteria. As such, a potential start of import of Folxmashin goods does not in any way constitute a political positioning one way or the other.
If clearance is granted, Folxmashin will be allowed to sell its goods through the Extrafree Trade Authority. This does not constitute a requirement to sell, merely the possibility to do so if desired. If Folxmashin is interested in pursuing the export of its goods into the Liberated Territories, it will have to submit documents certifying that:
- No parts of the production process involve labor involving the "Human Commodity System" (HCS), as part of the Dictator's decree on this matter in 2019,
- Workers involved in the production process are paid wages that are appropriate (as assessed by the EFA) and comparable to wages expected to be paid across the industry in the areas where Folxmashin products are being produced.
Should Folxmashin be interested in seeking clearance, the EFA will be ready to assist with working out the details.
