"Duga! (Hoorah!)" - Last restrictions on communications eased!
Our Most Noble Ulassar II Khagan has issued a decree that officially nullifies the former Temporal Radio Prohibition Act of 1915. This legislation prohibited any form of private radio broadcasting for a set period, from 15 April 1915 until 15 September 1917. This law was adopted to quell the few but fierce revolutionary roaches that misused modern communication to destabalise our Sublime State. However after the Civil War, now three years ago, the legislation was still applied and enforced as Our Monarch did not receive any functional replacable set of legislation, normally provided by the Grand Khural... As a result Ulassar Khagan now issued the Radio Decree of 1920, which allows free transmission and broadcasting for radio stations. New broadcasting stations, both public and private, can register and obtain a licence from the Ministry for Posts and Telegraphs.
In celebration of - and as a result of - this new brilliant legislation, a renewed open radio station has opened in the city of Kuzan: Karzask National Radio. The Government has announced new regional stations, both public and private, will be opening in Karzask's other larger cities. Also, new mobile postal sercives will be established in the Far North, to strengthen the regional telegraphs networks and provide for rural localities. These investments in Communications will benefit the living standards of all Karzassians and stimulate entreprise in center and north of the country.

A FUZZY TRANSMISSION FROM *AM 1030 - PIRATE RADIO*
Broadcaster near Khaganate and Republic Border

"Sooner that I die and the word of Allah be strangled or the words of Kurkic men be regulated. The air I breath is free, my words will not be saddled, and let the Khagan in Karkaska know that he is a flea among the airwaves and I will swat him away. I do not need to register a license to smash a flea, this is supreme nonsense."
