Serenniere has set a standard for modern warfare that should not be repeated, yet surely will. Be it the targeting of civilians or appalling use of toxic gas weapons, we now understand that when Serenniere goes to war: they aim to win by any means necessary.

Now that we are in peacetime, the sinking of Pohjan and A-S vessels non withstanding, we see that Serenniere will do anything to cover up its heinous crimes. A war of information control is now being fought by Serenniere’s sly diplomatic corps. They will deploy this Martinique woman, who spends evenings on social media laughing about music with friends while victims of her nation struggle to share their story with the world.

We implore @Lars to share their horrific findings individually with each nation that the Martinique administration visits, as we intend to forward the documents to our friends and allies as they are. Let the world not be fooled by a peacetime campaign of deceit, a blatant cover up mission to obscure Serenniere methods before it gathers its strength to strike again.

The official stance of the Office for the Administration of Government for the Confederated Republic on the matter of Interfictional Brutality has, and for the foreseeable future shall remain that, while reprehensible in the extreme, the actions undertaken by the Gallian Competitor Power of Serenierre in the preceding year's "Summer War" are far from surprising or out of character for those Atavistic and Lowly Elements of the Precursor Civilization from which we have now for so long been happily divergent.

Though troubling that this poorly administered territory would seek to, so openly, extend the malignancy of its corrupting tendrils to our own Western Shores, and though the Confederated Republic certainly does stand in solidarity with our West Engell kindred in expression of all due reservations in these regards, we are not as yet inclined to bar any individuals from travel to Westernesse, however imminently culpable in the previous year's aforementioned Brutality such an individual might be. As this Martinique woman surely is. In this case the Sons and Daughters of Liberty and True Civilization have nothing to fear from direct confrontation with any and all of the evils of our time, and certainly not the least among those.

We therefore feel no compulsion to counsel our dearest kindred and partners in the First Republic upon the nature of this proposal; nor do we feel any particularly strong compulsion to advise our neighbors and partners in the Vaquero Free State against any such potentially damning entanglements with foreigners directly opposed to their own native ideologies and values. To think that the short term gains of keeping truck with brigands and mass-murderers would be enough to sway a state so well and wisely governed as that of the Free Vaquero would be beyond the unseemly. Nor do we feel compelled to inform them that such actions may unnecessarily complicate far more intimate and vital relations closer to home.

Most of all, we do not and shall never be or feel compelled to issue any advisories to the leadership of any certain Gallian Competitor Powers to the effect that the Confederated Republic cannot, will not and shall not be held responsible for any difficulties experienced in completion of travel over the often turbulent waves of the Thaumantic to the shores of Westernesse or any of its adjacent landmasses. The Far West has, and shall remain free from the taint of foreign influence and the rot of foreign political ideology, without caveat or negotiation.

If a visit occurs, we will largely be discussing trade and bi-lateral interests. However, the West Engell government may feel assured that the findings of the Regional Security and Cooperation Observatory would be thoroughly addressed.

While I have been informed that tomorrow is my last day to serve in the position of Foreign Minister for the Aurarine Republic, I am nevertheless authorized by the President of the Republic and the Consuls both current and designate to write this correspondence with the authority of the Republic's government.

Undoubtedly, the Aurarine Republic will welcome Premier Martinique to our country with distinction. The relationship between Serenierre and Auraria, for the interest of Gallia, must remain strong and indivisible. Nevertheless, the Republic wishes to express its concern at the Serenien Government's invitation to include the Commonwealth of Pohjanmaa on the itinerary for Premier Martinique during this Gregorian Calendar year. I am confident that such motivations will be a topic of discussion at a future meeting.

I am thankful for the two years I have spent representing the Republic to Serenierre and I wish my successor the same fulfillment that I have received. I wish the Serenien nothing but the best in the years to come. Please express my kind regards to Madam Martinique, one last time.

The Council of the Republic has been found in agreement that the Engellexian Republic, the First Republic, should remain at liberty and with power of the choosing for its own time to intercourse with the Government of Serenierre.

The present does not appear to the Council of the Republic to be the proper time to enter upon any discussion; and it may be added that similarly concerned governments are of the same opinion.

We allude to the notification which the Council of the Republic has received from the Government of Lars, announcing that the Regional Security and Cooperation Observatory has investigated and found truth in evidence to those claims of a disturbingly uncivilized character within the conduct of the Government of Serenierre toward Occitania and her people.

That communication was made to the Engellexian Republic on 25 April, as I am sure it did to the Government of Serenierre; and having been communicated by the Secretary's of the Republic to all members of the Council of the Republic, the Council of the Republic thought it right to proceed without delay to carefully consider the findings and how most appropriately to apply the results to the policies of the Engellexian Republic.

Seeing the immense demonstration of feeling on the part of the international community, of which the Engellexian Republic is part of, it was impossible for the Council of the Republic not to act in consideration, reasonably and appropriately, in acknowledgement of the findings of the Regional Security and Cooperation Observatory.

It is hoped that the esteemed Governmental departments of le Republique Premier appreciated the nature of the Regional Security and Cooperation Observatory. It is an organisation which was founded by the Governments of the Kingdom of Eiffelland, the Grand Duchy of Retalia (then extant), the Kingdom of Occitania, and the Grand Duchy of Lars.

It is worth noting that the Prime Minister of Lars, in an open press conference on April the Twenty Fifth, failed to address questions related to the source of funding for the RSCO. Furthermore, the evidence relied upon by the said organisation has not been independently verified.

Given the fact that the organisation is receiving state funding from three participants qui bello victum, it is rather safe to surmise that the findings of such a body cannot be wholly seen to be unbiased. Where the Government of Serenierre is willing to accept criticism, it will not allow partisan and biased interest groups to divert the narrative.

We inform the nations of the world that the Basic Law for the Protectorate of Occitania has instituted a modern system of civil rights in a hitherto feudal system, land ownership has been reformed and the rights and privileges of the ancient baronial class have been made to yield to the rule of law in the Protectorate of Occitania. The Protectoral Government has radically transformed many of the urban areas in the Protectorate of Occitania by modernizing ancient and squalid towns and cities to respectable standards and the Protectoral Government has remained committed to bringing peace to the land.

By comparison, the Kingdom of Occitania, where the Kingdom of Eiffello-Retalia maintains a military presence of 150,000 personnel, there have been no changes in the corrupt feudal system which saw children and the elderly being forced to give up their lives by forcible conscription into the Royal Occitan Militar.

The international community must acknowledge that if it seeks to criticise the decisions made by this country in the heat of battle, then its corollary is to also criticise and condemn the actions undertaken by the Kingdom of Occitania, which were fully assisted by the Kingdom of Eiffelland.

To simply issue statements against one party whilst arbitrarily exonerating the other is entirely unfair.

However, we respect the decisions made by the Governments of the Engellexian Republic, Justosia, West Engell Republic, and the Confederated Republic of Beautancus, as well within their rights as sovereign nation-states. However, we equally urge them to consider the excesses by the Kingdom of Occitania. Understanding the nature of international politics, we remain committed to ensuring an open dialogue with all nations, and despite criticism, we remain open to engaging in a conversation with the Engell-speaking world.

It is hoped that in coming times, we may be better able to achieve common ground.
