A Border Request (ATTN: Vendland and Twente)

Holzahler Außenministerium

The Principality of Holzahlen wishes to request the nations of Twente and Vendland the following proposals:

1. The borders between Holzahlen and Twente and between Holzahlen and Vendland would be officially opened for free traffic* between Holzahlen and the named nations,
2. The labour market between the mentioned nations and Holzahlen will be opened, so that Holzahlers could find work in the named countries and vice-versa,
3. The possibility of free travel between the mentioned nations and Holzahlen,
4. The possibility of companies from the mentioned nations to open factories and/or offices,
5. A maximum of 3% tariff will be asked for export/import between the mentioned nations and Holzahlen.

*Export and Import-wise.

The Principality of Holzahlen wishes to, in return, increase the relations between the mentioned nations and Holzahlen, to build up friendship for the years to come and for both nations to profit from future agreements.

From the Archcongregation​ The Archbishopric has no plans of participating in the proposed project at this time. The citizens of Twente are more than capable of supplying labor to the required positions in our country and don't need assistance or infringement.
