No doubt it has not escaped Your Excellency that the international community has suffered through yet another in a long series of provocations coming from the Trier Concordat. Not only was the Occitanian membership of the Trier Concordat, and the geopolitical encirclement of our comrades in Serenierre, a political ambush the likes of which the international community hasn't seen before. Earlier today the Trivodnian regime announced its candidacy for the economic hatch of the military Concordat. Of course you and your brave people have endured first hand the bloody indulging of the reactionaries. Only several months ago did they conspire to overthrow the legitimate Crotobaltislavonian government under the glorious leader Raoul Farrago. With the events currently taking place in both Occitania and Trivodnia we can not but suspect another Trier-backed incursion is at hand.

Despite the lack of time for past wounds to heal we must stand united as brothers and sisters once more in the face of Trier imperialism. The Rurikgrad Pact has called upon all its members to completely mobilize all branches of their armed forces and prepare for a conflict scenario with the Trier Concordat. We hope that our Slavonian allies will comply and stand with us as we have stood with them.

Brother, I could not help but notice that our friends in Kadikistan is in distress, it's allies being assailed from all sides. As you may know, my own government is under assault from counter-revolutionary agents within my country, trying to undermine the progress previous regimes have made. No doubt a Yiddish plot by our old friends in the Free State. There can be only one response to aggressive probing for weakness: STEEL!

Know, I have ordered the armed forces of the Free Canton to mobilize to the highest level of readiness. All leaves have been cancelled. All reserves have been recalled. All units are being staged at their departure points. Crotobaltislavonia is a poor country. But I promise, in the case of war, our neighbors will learn we stand with our friends no matter what. As the saying goes: Crotobaltislavonia will stand in the middle of traffic for Kadikistan!

His Most Esteemed Excellency, President Valerian Fyodorov

We have received word of a planned peace conference taking place in Bergenheim, a noble initiative at first sight, but with a dubious agenda. Indeed this conference is organised by a nation that had declared itself neutral, but nonetheless offered its sovereign soil as a jumping board for the Trier Concordat into Crotobaltislavonia mere days ago. Only after massive pressure from the Kadikistani Union were we able to stop their onslaught against the Slavonian people and prevent another front from being opened besides the one in the West. Therefore we believe that your Excellency's trust in the Bergenheimers is misplaced to say the least.

Not that the latter is the only reason we question the integrity of this conference. The people of Crotobaltislavonia and their legitimate government have fought side by side with the forces of the Rurikgrad Pact, the same whom have done everything they could in the past to maintain the independence of the Free Canton against countless incursions. These incursions being in no small amount orchestrated from Trivodnia, backed by Trier, which we are seeking to eradicate permanently. Much Kadiko-Slavonian blood has already been spilled in defence of Crotobaltislavonia against the capitalist west, we urge you to not let their sacrifice have been in vain.

We hope you will realize that partaking in this conference will be the same as walking right into an enemy ambush. Bergenheim only invited your enemies, the Trier Concordat, and those whom have made their territorial ambitions towards your country clear, the Council of the North. Not a single member or the Rurikgrad Pact was invited, indeed keeping their dubious agenda in mind. None of your allies will be able to flank you on the negotiation table, none of the combined weight of Xinhai and the Kadikistani Union will weigh-in on the ultimate decision making, none of our military victories will be exploitable,... and so on. They will try and corner you, aid you in 'saving what you can', but ultimately you can only loose when taking on various nations with other interests in mind onto an extremely unbalanced negotiation table.

We trust you will do what is best to preserve socialism and Crotobaltislavonian independence.

Comrade,

Certainly Crotobaltislavonia will not turn belly up at the negotiating table. As you say, too many have died for our noble cause and the people of the Free Canton would not stand for capitulation! Rest assured, I have given instructions to my diplomats that there is to be no peace agreement in Crotobaltislavonia until two conditions are met: 1. the unconditional surrender of the Yiddish Free State to Kadikistan (with partitions galore!), and 2. massive reparations and humble apologies from our enemies in the west, who have so brazenly raped the Motherland for their ideological satisfaction!

Despite the losses, the war has gone gloriously so far! Victory is at hand. It is just a question of if they give it to us or if we take it by force!
