Dear Cde. Redd,

Congratulations on your appointment to the foreign ministry, and allow me to pass along the well-wishes from former Leader Gallagher, who remembers you fondly from Windhaven years ago.

It is our assessment that Beautancus has risen to the level of a common threat. We are specifically concerned as their military elements have suddenly landed on Germanian shores, without warning.

We hope that the election of Cde. Trumm will signal an opportunity for pragmatic cooperation between our nations, specifically our intelligence communities, to keep check on hostile elements in the Engellosphere.

Dear Mr. Maclo,

It's both with joy and melancholy that I have taken my new position, for Windhaven will always hold a place in my heart. Your congratulations are thus more than welcome and mean a lot to me, personally.

Both President Trumm and the government of the Socialist World Republic as a whole share your assessment that the Cussians have, together with their Dominion partners, displayed a worrying degree of aggression and confidence in expanding their own sphere of influence. As direct neighbours to the Confederated Republic, we must consider at least the possibility that their Gallo-Germanian adventurism is but a prelude to similar endeavours in Westernesse. We furthermore worry that the threat the Dominion poses will serve to tie countries like the Burgundian People's Republic to the treacherous safety of Kadikistani military protection and help to consolidate the latters stranglehold over its client territories in the region.

As the President and I feel that those are concerns the Gunnish certainly share with us Westerners, we welcome the Gunnish overtures and will certainly be open to pragmatic cooperation based on common interests and concerns. In more concrete terms, we could readily find ourselves supporting the establishment of a permanent channel for the exchange of intelligence information concerning the Dominion.

President Trumm has furthermore expressed her interest in a formal visit to Gunnland.

My regards,
Louis Redd

Dear Cde. Redd,

We will be pleased to begin the intelligence sharing of sensitive information regarding the military activities of the Dominion. Pragmatic cooperation indeed.

While Foreign Secretary MacPherson is currently in Ivar, and Queen Julian is in Chagny, Leader Bowerman and Prime Minister MacHugh have authorized me to invite President Trumm for a state visit to Windhaven at her convenience after this weekend's imperial coronation.

Dear Mr. Maclo,

we are looking forward to the benefits this cooperation will bring to the security and stability of both our countries.

Mrs. Trumm has instructed me to express her personal gratitude for the invitation and to inform you that she intends to make her visit as part of a greater tour around the globe in the name of peace and international friendship. The President hopes this is agreeable to you and refers you to the planning committee within the Department of Foreign Affairs to make the practical arrangements and set a date for the visit.

With sincere gratitude I send my regards,
Louis Redd

Esteemed colleagues,

we wish to express our gratitude for the intelligence cooperation established in the recent weeks. We have used these channels to provide you with data we acquired regarding the deployment and location of Domain assets in the Engelsea. Current geopolitical considerations, however, mean that we will be unlikely to keep this information updated and precise in the future. We hope that the information we gathered will prove of value to you.

With best regards,
Louis Redd
