Dear President Lauterpacht,

As you know, Kadikistani forces are confirmed to have landed and begun operations in Crotobaltislavonia which will undoubtedly result in the success of the Farrago Regime as well as a permanent Kadikistani military presence. Certainly, a Kadikistani presence in that state cannot be tolerated by the Government of the Carintho-Harkaner Empire and all nations of the region must now act to repress a Kadiki address. Each passing day presents a larger, more present danger to the peace and stability not only of Gallia and Germania, but of Trivodnia itself. There is no doubt in my mind that your government agrees.

Our Government is prepared to take the necessary steps to contain and suppress further Kadikistani incursion into Crotobaltislavonia. This includes bolstering the defenses of the Trivodnian State as well as supplying the forces of General Radek. Should meaningful and bountiful aid not be provided to the General, it is only a matter of time before the Kadikistani are successful.

To that end, the Government of the Empire is coming to Trivodnia to share whatever logistics information it can provide as to the whereabouts or methods of contacting the rebel General so that the first phase in a county attack can begin. In addition, the Empire is prepared to provide financial resources to the Trivodnian State in preparation of whatever hostile action the Kadikistanis will inevitably make.

We do hope for an agreeable reply.

Many thanks for your kind letter of support and strength.

We fully share your assessment of the situation of Crotobaltislavonia and are particularly concerned by the likelihood of a permanent Kadikistani military presence beyond the Polesian.

Any financial or material support for the Trivodnian military would be greatly appreciated. An official from the Ministry of National Defence will be in touch with our suspected areas of strategic and tactical weakness.

In supreme confidence, we have been working with General Alexander Radek to remove the regime of Raoul Farrago. But to be clear, we had no involvement in the initial coup attempt, which we suspect was a false flag operation by Farrago with support from Ivar.

The Free State Intelligence Bureau will liaise with your own armed forces to help coordinate support for Radek. We have already arranged the shipment of done armaments from a third party nation.

Dear President Lauterpacht,

Thank you, Mr. President, for all you have done thus far. It is clear to all those here in Hallein that it is Trivodnia, not Bourgogne nor Eiffelland, that is working to keep Germania and Gallia safe from a nation that is hell bent on domination and control. The information provided by the Trivodnian Government will go a long way toward advancing the Carintho-Harkaner position and guaranteeing our mutual defense.

It is with that in mind that I mind, in the highest confidence, express my concern with the Eiffellander and Burgundian Governments and their handling of this crisis. I suspect that both governments, in private, have expressed a higher degree of certainty in their commitment to Trivodnia’s freedom. However, their failure to act and take a stance will forever present a problem.

It is a problem that the Carintho-Harkaner Empire is not willing to continue. Trivodnia needs result, not words of support. It needs arms, not letters. That is why my Government, under the righteous leadership of His Majesty, Kaiser Joseph III, is prepared to make the following offers to Trivodnia:

1. The public announcement of the deployment of Carintho-Harkaner Military advisors to Trivodnia. These military advisors will aid Trivodnian military officials in devising an effective, robust defense that will repel a Kadikistani invasion.
2. A public commitment from the Imperial Treasury to begin releasing funds to help support the incredible financial demands of increased mobilization. Additionally, the government shall aid in stockpiling foodstuff and materials necessary to supply an army. Naturally, these loans will be given at a graciously low interest rate.
3. In private, and under the highest confidence, the Imperial Government would like to deploy several hundred special forces to Trivodnia. In truth, we fear that a Kadiki invasion can occur at any moment and it is imperative that boots are on the ground to prepare for the immediate defense of your country. In spite of this truth, you can understand that public announcement of this action could trigger the Kadiki horde to ramp up its plans – further jeopardizing Trivodnian safety.

My Government will arrange for the safe passage of these armanemnts and supplies – even if it requires going directly over Crotobaltislovanian Airspace.

I hope that the Trivodnian President finds this arrangement most agreeable.

Your Excellency

I cannot express my gratitude at the generosity of your offers. However if it is the belief of myself and others within the Trivodnian defence community that all these actions, bar the second, are kept completely private and confidential for national security reasons.

The presence of foreign military personnel in Trivodnia, even in a training capacity, could enflame the situation further at the most delicate time yet. Kadikistan has its entire Western Direction mobilised, while Xinhai is deploying its own military forces to our border.

Any public statement on material or financial support for Trivodnia must also be carefully worded to make clear this is purely in response to Kadikistani aggression, and not a power play for control over Crotobaltislavonia.

Officials within the Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of National Defence will be in touch to coordinate the above.

Dear President Lauterpacht,

The Empire would like to extend its thanks and appreciation to the Trivodnian Government for considering and agreeing to the request we have made. Additionally, it is agreed that the situation in Crotobaltislavonia and Kadikistan has calmed, through the excellent negotiating strength and foresight of the Trivodnian Government. Undoubtedly, your government has contributed tremendously to peace and as a result, as saved numerous lives.

The Imperial Parliament has moved with incredible speed and it is my honor to state that both the Royal Governments of Carinthia and Harkány stand enthusiastically behind the cause of Trivodnia and were generous in their support. Our Government has heard and ultimately agreed with the request to keep most of this aid secret in order to not upset the relative peace we have achieved.

I do believe that our governments will find it in mutual interest to work closely together as it is now apparent that the Kadikistani have scored yet another victory in Gallia-Germania and established yet another outpost, deep within the heart of the region. A robust, united, unshakeable response is required to prevent further incursion and that means cooperation, trust, and friendship between the free loving countries of Gallia-Germania.

Your Excellency

In addition to the already generous aid you have provided to the Free State of Trivodnia, with the Rurikgrad Pact assaulting is from a sides, I must ask you join us in fighting the Communist forces, and not give Ivar full control of the Three Seas region.

This is not me begging for Imperial soldiers to die for Trivodnian soil but a call-to-arms in recognition of our shared values and common threat.

I suggest Carintho-Haranker special forces stationed in the Free State begin joining the counter offensives against Crotobaltislavonia, Kadikistan and Xinhai.

A full scale ground invasion and aerial bombardment should knock Banja Luka out of the war early on, and if the territorial integrity if Trivodnia maintained a peace be agreed with Kadikistan and Xinhai. To that, any forces and equipment you could deploy to Trivodnia I would be most grateful.
