Forces under your command are now under strike and re-organization, making a clear statement to the people of Ebria that the armed forces will no longer follow those in government who do not honor their marks or promises and yet ask that you follow their orders. Rather than letting this profound bravery go unrecognized, looking away as most nations will in waiting for how to advantage from a certain result, we will begin an immediate recognition of your strike by offering a company of Nievish White Helms to be stationed at the same park near the Serault where they deployed last year. Indeed, they will be available to train with youths as was the case also in the year prior, and again will only be fitted with the small arms of infantry with ammunition (to be inspected by your army) regulated to a singular firing range.

Despite the discord and disorder of last year we were in good confidence concerning the ability and resolve of our uniformed counterparts. The decision to betray us in the field was clearly a failure from plain-clothed officials of civilian stature. Let it be clear that we, in the Thaumantic Order, believe that this world is in a war being recorded in its early chapters. Moving pieces across the Old World continent are but one aspect in our known strategy, and we are well aware of colonial operations the Ebrian corps have dealt with in the last year. Beyond this is the Ebrian Queen among the Northlaw "Communes" and so very many other splinters and potential fault points for our enemies to exploit.

Today we begin with this offer, a tacit recognition of the strike by investing a small novel force of White Helms in Ebria. Tomorrow, if this gesture is accepted, we will dialogue further and wider to solve Ebria specific issues and those of our world at war.

It gives us great joy that even despite the treachery of civilian governments, tainted in corruption and hate for the nation, one can still find friends in traditional allies. We will take on the offer for the aid as has been proposed by you, but we will offer a different base to them train and join us, namely in Poblete, 150km west of Valls on the coast.

The issue is that any action we start, we want to make sure it will go well, and we will do so when we feel a critical mass of support has been won on the three units of the Catholic and Royal Army. While we know that the Avila base has been used by Thaumanticans before, we aren't sure the 1st Army, based there is loyal enough to the cause to have your aid come to them and be accepted with open arms. That is why, in Poblete, it would be perfect for it is in the nucleus of the territory defended by army units loyal to the cause.

We hope that we will enhance our cooperation in the future.

Great General, communal brother, we have invested a company of Thaumantic regular troops as well as the training corps of the defunct White Seals there in Poblete. They sit in with you as well as the not so common soldier, rather, Great Ebrians posturing for a future to be told proudly by them to their children and so on until names dissolve unto a moment in history reading the 'FAME' or 'FOLLY' General Durrán.

This bombing attack circulating public press reads like the appeal of a desperate coward, not a great General such as you. Entrust in us the truth, your findings as to who struck secrets with death while we joined you at Poblete publicly and peacefully. If you are behind this, General, then we will quietly retract ourselves back-Thaumantic and disinvest from this affair entirely. Surely, one so desperate as to perform such an act must be well acquainted with more powerful allies across the Serault, orifices agape for the red tide or kin killing eagle in east.

We thank you for your support as of yet and we hope that the necessity of certain actions will not have you turn your back on us, for we are catholic like you and we believe of the importance of community in faith and state, like you, but within the Papal doctrine presented in the encyclicals of Rerum Novarum and Quadragesimo Anno.

We will be honest and state that the attack in Valls has been orchestrated by us, for we understand that any elements of the political caste that threw the nation into death and destruction will do their best to manipulate and ensure that it will lead to civil war. That way, we have done our best to avoid thousands of Ebrians dying, by ensuring an incapacitation of the corrupt government and a clear way for the armed forces to bring stability and order. We will do our best to present the attack as a first step of a communist and anarchist takeover from the Amerida based trade unions, so as to show our forces as bringing stability and order.

Without prior knowledge of this movement it must be noted that you, Great General, are indeed the conductor of an orchestra of which we are not well practiced with nor reading from the same sheet. Now, with the potential for armed clashes between your army and those others in the field, we cannot know what comes next for our White Helm Company or White Seals.

We will keep this revealed secret, however, we also ask for egress from Poblete for our troops invested to show solidarity in the Soldiers' Strike. Surely the fundamentalists of your group, your movement, will not benefit from communalists roaming Ebrian streets armed. This, Great General, is your fight alone - the measure of a man and his supporters.
