This Licence is restricted to exactly 200 AME-100 Shimmering Eagles, and no more. Under no circumstances may the Empire of Beishan, the Military of the Empire of Beishan or a state-contractor/supplier for the Empire of Beishan produce any AME (Aodh-Mór Edition) of this product under this licence. Any additional constructions, for any reason, will be considered a voiding of your contract with the Aodh-Mór Corporation and an end to all business with the Aodh-Mór Corporation and, pending the results of any possible appeal - a potential blacklisting within the Aeronautics world for breach of Contract.
Any improvements/adaptations made to the original schematics, the Aodh-Mór Corporation must be warned, as it voids the warranty. If any altercations are made within the Empire of Beishan the Aodh-Mór Corporation is no longer liable for the safety and quality of that product.

The Aodh-Mór Corporation reserves the right to request the 'Licence to Produce' on any altercation made by the Empire of Beishan upon the original schematics.

Please be aware that if the plane is alternated to the point where it can be declared a new independent model the Aodh-Mór Corporation will lose the right to demand a 'licence to produce' upon the upgrade as the product will be considered an original product of Empire of Beishan. However note that as no longer considered a product of the Aodh-Mór Corporation it will have to pay premium for servicing and maintenance, and no warranty or liability shall be awarded to the product by the Aodh-Mór Corporation. Major equipment for repairs on any product can be purchased through the Aodh-Mór Corporation.

If the Empire of Beishan agrees to the Terms and Conditions:

The Aodh-Mór Corporation shall immediately send

• 200 fully functioning AME-100 Shimmering Eagles.
• Equipment to maintain the product AME-100 Shimmering Eagles.
• Official Documents allowing the Empire of Beishan to own exactly 200 AME-100 Shimmering Eagles
• 10 Aeronautical Engineers from the Aodh-Mór Corporation shall be sent to oversee the initial delivery and train the Beishani Aeronautical Engineers/Technicians in it's Maintenance.
• 5 teams of 2 Pilots (10 total) from the Aodh-Mór Corporation and the Ivernish Air Corps to train teams of AME-100 Shimmering Eagle Pilots in the correct use/flight/operation of the AME-100 Shimmering Eagles.
• Materials and step by step walkthroughs in the operation of the AME-100 to be distributed to trainee pilots.

The Terms and Conditions regarding payment shall be dealt with by the respective Governments of Ivernia and the Empire of Beishan and are not privy to public knowledge.

CLASSIFIED: Payment deposit-up-front to be made in gold bullion. Main payment to be made in the appropriation of mineral extraction facilities and untapped mineral deposits, of CLASSIFIED location, nature and status. Appropriation to end once full cost of Beishani Order is paid in full.

To, Chief Director of Aerospace Department, The Aodh-Mor Corporation. The Imperial Military is greatly impressed by the quality, in design and in technology demonstrated by jet engines in Ivernian aerospace industry. The vast business dealing between our country and your firm has been historically a very good one. The propeller fighters remain a staple of a large segment of our aerial forces and we find ourselves drawn to the promise of continuing our business relationship with your country as the world enters the jet age. The Imperial Military has been informed by the Imperial Government of Sikandara that the Aodh-Mor Corporation has visited Sikandara and inspected several sights in 1952 and 1953 to determine the suitability of licensed production of Ivernian aircraft by Sikandari firms. It is our belief that the selected aeronautical firms in Sikandara; VVT Aeronautics from Azirmeh and Qizilbash Aeronautics from Akbariyeh have been found to be fully capable for the job specified. As such, the Imperial Military formally lodges a request with Aodh-Mor for the purchase of 50 AME-100 Shimmering Eagle jet fighters and 10 AME-Y49 Heavy Jet Bombers with the option of producing local variants on license to meet additional requirements. In addition to this, we look to Aodh-Mor to open a Sikandari subsidiary to cooperate with the indigenous aeronautical sector to design and create a jet fighter according to Sikandari specifications and solely for the Sikandari military. Additionally, the Imperial Military looks to its trusted friends in Ivernia to assist in the modernisation program for propeller aircraft such as the AME-33 Elk Fighter, AME Formorian heavy bomber, which remain in sizeable numbers in our arsenal. ​

Establish a fully functioning in both Research & Development and Construction & Production, a Branch of the Aodh-Mór Corporation in the Empire of Sikandara. To be named as Aodh-Mór Sikandara. This branch shall be tasked with,

• Hiring an all Sikandari work force of Engineers, technicians, developers, machinists, logistics, accountants, legal experts, etc
• Producing aeronautic products for not only the Sikandari Empire on it's home soil, but also the production of products for that Region.
• Accomplishing the Sikandari requested tasks of the Modernisation Project of the AME-33 Elk Fighter, and the AME Formorian heavy bomber.
• Accomplishing the Sikandari requested tasks of the Development Project of a purpose built Jet powered aerofighter for the sole use of the Empire of Sikandara.

Please note that the AMC-S shall be a component of the Aodh-Mór Corporation and shall be a private branch of the AMC, and shall be pursuant to the will of the AMC.
After taxes, the income and expenditure of AMC-S is the ownership of the Aodh-Mór Corporation.
As a private branch the AMC is within it's power to cease and desist the operations of the AMC-S, with reasonable forewarning, for any reason found in the policies of the Aodh-Mór Corporation.
The Aodh-Mór Corporation is adherent to the Common Law of of the High Kingdom Ivernia, and acts as such. The Aodh-Mór Sikandara shall follow the Sikandari Law system but is still affected by actions within the Ivernish Legal System.

The Company has a canceled project, regarding on a jumbo transporter, made in 1947 has a join-venture between the Company's and CASA's engineers, unfortunately due to the low power of the powerplants of the jumbo transporter, the aircraft is completely unreliable. CASA is completly incapable of making a new engine prototype, due to lack of know-how in the area.
We would like to know if your excellencies engineers are up to the task of building the largest piston engine ever build by man. According to our engineers calculus we need an engine that at least produces 5000HP, so the airship may be reliable for use. If your excellencies have other options, we are up to negotiation.
