To the esteemed Mme Laure Béatrice Dumont

While we may have differing views on the future of Bourgogne and of Gallia I think it would be in the best interests of both our governments to work together to face our common enemy, the illegitimate Elben backed government in Chagny. As such in the we reach out in the spirit of friendship and hope to move forward together as a nation.

Now the People's Republic's stance on Neustria is somewhat complicated, we who are the legitimate representatives of the Burgundian people and by that we mean all the Burgundian people including the Oustrian community. However that being said we are sympathetic to the plight of the Oustrian community and we are willing to respect the Oustrian people's decision to declare independence provided of course that it is the result of a popular mandate from the people and not the wishes of a select few.

We would be honoured to begin a diplomatic discourse with your government

yours in friendship

Provisional Foreign Minister

Monsieur,

King Charles Augustus serenissime is willing to put aside these differences of opinion for the time being in the name of Gallian unity. Augustus serenissime agrees that Neustria and the BPR must work together to end the foreign occupation of Chagny. Towards that end, Neustria is willing to take active measures again the current regime in Chagny. What is the BPR willing to do?

Cordialement,

You ask what the Burgundian People's Republic is willing to do? The answer is simple the Burgundian People's Republic is willing to do whatever it takes to liberate our nation and our people from foreign tyranny. We are resolute in our beliefs, and we will not surrender one inch of Burgundian soil to those who would seek to bring our great nation low.

Currently the People's Republic's position is not as strong as it could be,that however will not stop us from taking as you put it " active measures" against the Chagny regime.

Cordialement,

Heinrich Lieven
