the Kadikistani State has created a total of 122 so-called 'special zones' throughout the country in key economic areas. The establishment of the special zones are an integral part of the 5-Year Economic Renewal Plan, established during the historic 9th Congress by Samir Mledic, People's Commissar for Plan Economics, Professor in Economy at Ivar Red star University, with the help of co-authors from the major industrial- and agricultural branches along with key representatives from the trade unions. These zones allow for foreign investors to engage in private enterprises and exploit our nation's rich resources, while remaining under the supervision of the People's Commissariat for Trade, in close cooperation with the People's Commissariat for Plan Economics and the Central Committee of the Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party. Investments are possible and highly lucrative for both trading companies and the respective national economies they stem from.First established in 1957 and despite pressure from ideological hard-liners within the Kadikistani Union, the free zones have been expanded to no less than 540 sites and the full commercialisation of the Rurikgrad and Klinsk trade ports. The Economic Free Zones are guaranteed by the Kadikistani State with not a single incident occuring in the past 60 years.
