The Bank of the Holy See, a large investment group that arranges the finances of the Holy See, the world wide Catholic church and many Catholic institutions, as well private investors, is highly interested. A minimum of 23% of the shares will as well imply the granted export of Ascaloni oil to the Papal States.

Bishop Gottedorf
President of the Bank of the Holy See

OOC: it is obvious the Bank wants to keep this company in Catholic hands..

We approve the purchase of 26% by the KEF. Do to the high amount of international attention we have recieved so quickly, Ascaloni Oil is thinking about selling the rest of our shares. We will let everyone know if we decide to do that.

In the event more shares are made available, KEF would be interested in obtaining as much as a further 25% of Ascaloni Oil stock.

The Bank thinks the further purchase of the company as well as the decision about to whom to sell is a matter of all shareholders, and should be voted upon.

Since we still retain 51% of the shares our vote is the only one that matters. Although we will be discussing the possibilities amongst our shareholders.

(ooc: curious as to what pipelines are being used to export oil, as though the sea does exist, there are no canals with a Ascaloni port, and Ascalon is otherwise landlocked)

DeLucca Oild Industria (DOI), the leading private oil company in Genoliari would be interested in purchasing 19-22% of future stocks of the Ascaloni Oil Co. if the possibility were ever to emerge once more. The exact percentage would be discussed upon acceptance by the heads of Ascaloni Oil Co.

The Bank of the Holy See, currently holding 23% os Ascalon Oil, is willing to make an exchange of 18% of this stock for a 10% in DOI.

1. Each larger investment by a corporation needs a source of capital. This simply means that, if you for example buy a larger share of another company with yours, you need to previously have RPed something from which it gained the capital for this RP. This can be outstanding business performance in the previous quarter, the sale of own stocks, a government subsidy, firing twenty thousand workers, etc. No need for numbers, we don't need to actually calculate how much money these actions were worth. Simply make sure you find capital for your acquisitions, in general terms.
