A minimum of 23% of the shares will as well imply the granted export of Ascaloni oil to the Papal States.

DeLucca Oild Industria (DOI), the leading private oil company in Genoliari would be interested in purchasing 19-22% of future stocks of the Ascaloni Oil Co. if the possibility were ever to emerge once more. The exact percentage would be discussed upon acceptance by the heads of Ascaloni Oil Co.

The Bank of the Holy See, currently holding 23% os Ascalon Oil, is willing to make an exchange of 18% of this stock for a 10% in DOI.

This simply means that, if you for example buy a larger share of another company with yours, you need to previously have RPed something from which it gained the capital for this RP. This can be outstanding business performance in the previous quarter, the sale of own stocks, a government subsidy, firing twenty thousand workers, etc. No need for numbers, we don't need to actually calculate how much money these actions were worth. Simply make sure you find capital for your acquisitions, in general terms.
