We are prepared to sell a 51% share in Gunnair (TM) at a below-market rate to Atlas Air. Gunnair operates flights from its hub in Ayr to domestic Gunnish airports (Mar, Windhaven, Dalmyre-Seaguard) and seven international locations (Amstov, Brienne, Caladbolg, Chagny Polsu, Racow, and Trier). Most international flights bound for Gunnland at present require connections in Brienne, so this acquisition would allow greater efficiency and consolidation of routes. The following stipulations would apply:
  • Daily flights on the three domestic Gunnish airlanes must be maintained.
  • Direct international flights to Amstov, Brienne, and Trier must be maintained.
  • Existing Gunnair planes remain Home Office property for wartime requisition.
  • The Gunnair name and commercial trademarks be maintained.
As an additional inducement, Atlas Air would be able to take over Ayr-Chagny and Ayr-Brienne routes, and change its in-country hub to Ayr. Within the next three years, the Home Office is preparing to close Windhaven to international flights and make Dalmyre-Seaguard its designated port of entry. Acquiring Gunnair would give Atlas privileged access to the Gunnish air travel market.

Atlas Air would, contingent on agreement of certain details, would happily agree to enter a partnership. We agree to the contingencies within your proposal without hesitation. Our only contingencies revolve around Gunnair mechanics also receive licensing under Bourgogne's Aircraft and Safety Bureau. This will be a simple procedure and all costs will be handled by Atlas. We would continue to employ Gunnair on its current routes. As for aircraft, we will respect the current arrangement.
