Public Statement

Be advised the revolutionary Republic is a member of the RDTO stands in full solidarity with the Workers Republic of Carentania. Should the Belkan Republic attempt to insert itself into the Augusta burg crisis the workers Republic will not hesitate to reply with force. Your government should not involve itself in affairs which are none of its concern. These unnecessary provocations can only bring catastrophe to your state.

We are peace loving people, but you cannot expect the workers, peasants and intellectuals of the Revolutionary Republic stand idly by while you thoughtlessly threaten our revolutionary comrades. I hope that going forward your government will raise its level of conscience and conduct itself greater tact in the international arena. Otherwise I am not optimistic about the future trajectory of the relationship between our states.

The Belkan Commonwealth asks for the KNRR to clarify and define "insertion" in the Augustaborg affairs. The only deepest "insertion" we intend to put forth is our response to economic sanctions on any aggressor. This aggressor is not directly targeted to Carentania, our stance is applicable on the Tripartite nations and any other aggressors. It is our belief that we have every right to involve ourselves to worldly affairs across the world, as a sovereign, independent state, as do other states. Much like how the KNRR and its allies are involved in Eastern Cape, where a land so far away and removed from any of the socialist states, finds itself occupied by peacekeepers from socialist and Tripartite countries.

Despite our statement, we will keep your words in mind and refrain from "threatening" countries, especially in this volatile period. But we will let you know, do not expect us to react kindly in our letters to the belligerents, member of the RDTO or not, regarding the possible war in the Eastern Cape if we see it unjust in the face of international law.

Minister of Foreign Affairs,
Sobieslaw Wiater
