As the United Republics proceed through this intensely internal revision let it be known that the Westernesse States of Ambrosia stand ready to help her partners forward through this complex metamorphosis. It is clear to us that a Southern Constituent Republics' market absent from commodity labor shall draw a blazing and brilliant beam of international investment previously held back by regulation.

We are willing to extend confidence toward the United Republics in the Thaumantic that they are shedding the human commodity system practically, peacefully, and permanently. The Westernesse States will re-commit absent diplomatic staff to the Southern Constituent Republics in pursuit of renewed relations between our Westernesse Republics.

On looking back, one can say that there was a certain amount of illusion and lack of a sense of reality at the time. It is, and was, all too easy to view the proceedings of humanity from the angle of the interest of one’s own civilisation.

The commitment of the Former Republic toward the Human Commodity System caused quite a revulsion of feeling among a great number of people who felt that, whatever might be done by other countries, it was shameful that their civilisation continued to have acted in the way it did. We must take a pretty realistic view of it. If, as a matter of fact, we were wrong, it is just as well to confess it and improve.

I agree that at the moment there is a great hope of getting the change we want. It is really quite useless to think that all the wrong is on the one side. I believe that the Member States of the United Republics are wrong in their continued objection to the freedom and tolerance of Fictional practice within the Thaumantic. I, too, think that the wider world is completely wrong in its obsession and fear - it is largely fear - of the Thaumantican civilization. In the United Republics we have a rather better balance in regard to these things - that may be merely a matter of international reconciliation.

Obviously, the United Republics wants peace and prosperity, and it will continue to work for it. We can only hope that in time it may develop. It is for that reason that I welcome the hand of the Westernesse States of Ambrosia and look forward to working with your citizens in New Union City.

The Southern Constituent Republics Government will, together with the Northern Constituent Republics Government and the governments of the Sovereignties, receive the communication.

In this unique case, nor any on the international docket today or tomorrow, shall we make the mistake of fully forsaking the entirety of a nation or people. The Westernesse States of Ambrosia take issues with individuals and policies, but never the precious people that comprise European nations around the world.

We shall not offer any comment, in the negative or positive, concerning the specific ideals of Thaumantic Civilization under the same policy of not actively conflicting with the finer points of socialism or descendant monarchy in Gallo-Germania. Ambrosia stands on equal ground with all who share a genuine desire to see humanity safer, stronger, and prepared to meet the challenges presented by those who do not.

Our nation has overcome the tragedy of chattel slavery, a practice more senseless and brutal than human commodity, instituted upon certain immigrants and peoples indigenous to Westernesse prior. We carry this weight with us as an institution that evolved after internal strife. As we gaze towards the United Republics of the Thaumamtic we trust they are proceeding along that progressive path that their ancestors in fact pioneered so many centuries ago.

In recognition of our confidence in this relationship I intend to visit New Union City at the first appropriate convenience of her host parties. My only request is that opposite emissaries agree to bow or shake hands on common paved earth or natural earth. As of 2020 ADoS has instituted a policy of only meeting foreign dignitaries on ground any man or woman could walk themselves.

It is good to know that there appears a robust accord between the United Republics and the Westernesse States of Ambrosia upon the objects of foreign political sensitivities.

Within the advocacy of the maintenance of Thaumantic peace, respect for the rights and interests of Thaumantican peoples, strengthening the common defences of the free Member States and eliminating the causes of fear, want and discontent, and to the promotion of the democratic cause of Thaumantican Civilisation, the United Republics in the Thaumantic found legitimacy for existence. A step which I personally consider to find probability in leading to an understanding with most, if not all, and an avoidance of avoidable disagreement, the appeals of the United Republics on common respectability are rendered outward, not just within.

Our cause of greater, better difference would preclude us, now, from the mistake of prejudgement.

It is well that we should know that, on these main principles and main aims, mostly, there should be accord between the United Republics Ministry and the Government of Ambrosia.

Upon your future visit to New Union City, undoubtedly, much shall be realised that we, too, do share agreement on. It is my belief that, one side of the concluding act of the URT Human Rights Summit should prove equally appropriate and opportune for your visit.
