Your excellencies,

It is with deep heartache that we have to write you this message, because it is clear the Rheinbund forgets easily the treaties it signed. First with CETO, now with us. Luckily, we have a good memory and do remember when Rheinbund was friends with the Crown of Ebria, before this country went to the dogs and now call you, if there is a bit of honour left in the halls of Fehrbellin, to aid the legitimate government and the heir to the throne, Infante Alfonso, in restoring the legal and constitutional status quo with the restoration of the Crown of Ebria.

We all know that the satanist anarcho-communist republic would never allow us to bring soldiers all the way to Rheinbund to aid them, especially as we are under a blockade and under attack by them. It is all but disgusting if the aid Rheinbund gives to its allies is conditioneed by the apreciation and approval of enemies which would gladly burn Fehrbelling down too, as they do to Valls right at this moment.

Esteemed sirs,

The Ebrian republic is nothing but shocked by the rejection of support and solidarity coming from fellow the Meridian Union member, that is Rheinbund. Should a military faction rise up for a coup and when it failed, it started a civil war, Ebria would have sent every type of aid possible from supplies to boots on the ground. It is sad to see, that as an allied nation, first turning its back on CETO, now on the Meridian Union, Rheinbund preferrs to turn its back to Ebria, saying it cannot take a side, when it is clear, that the legitimist state, the democracy, the faction that supports the rule of law, should be the one supported.

It is all but disgusting if the aid Rheinbund gives is conditional to the support of terrorists, fascists and rebelious military, for the enemy would give no support to the republican and democratic armed forces, let alone accept Rheinbunders aid them. We are not even disgusted, but outright disappointed, for if anything, here is where the Meridian Union died. Us Ebrians being the naive tontos promising support to the Meridian family, and when the reciprocal is needed, only Radilo responds.

Both the current coalition partners the Sociodemocrats and the Social-Liberals, and the future coalition partner the Greens are against intervening in the Ebrian Civil War. Behind the screens, I am cooperating with several people to set up a package of no-interest loans against very relaxed conditions (and we won't mind if you don't pay them off), donations of weapons and ammunitions, also financial donations, medical aid, and humanitary aid. I am also working on a fund to rebuild Ebria after the war. Rheinian boots on the ground will not be an option due to the current composition of the parliament. I am doing what I can.

I will never turn down aid. I will never hold up my nose to any assistance. But with all do respect, the women and girls being raped in Aresura do not need zero interest loans. And not to be particular, but Radilo is, or at least was, the wealthiest nation in Europe. Had we been able to buy our way out of this brutality, we would have. We don't need your money, we need your weapons. Urgently.

Your Social Democrats, your Social Liberals, and and your Greens are fucking cowards. They see this march of fascism across Gallio-Germania... and their response? Nothing?

I am sorry that my words were harsh. The frustration and desperation of the present situation has had us on edge. I would be more than happy with any loans you could provide us. Rumors are that @The Federation is considering selling older assets of their Naval fleet; this is the sort of usefully thing to purchase with such funds. Your offer to allow our shups to freely dock is also greatly appreciated, and needed as we have many vessels that we have to divert out of the Meridian. @Rheinbund has always been a good friend to the Republic and you will always have our gratitude. I understand your precarious position means that you cannot send your militaryto our aid. But we would welcome volunteers--those who see the fight against tyranny to be worth fighting. This is the existential struggle of our time. I know many see that. All aid is appreciated and welcome, because even when this fight is won, rebuilding will take many years.

Pray for us, to whatever God you have, or just to the universe. We will not give up the ship.

The Ebrian citizens Alphonso Duke of Calatrava, who calls himself King Alphonso VII of Ebria, and Aníbal Durán, the military leader of the Alphonsist faction in Ebria, have been declared personae non gratae in the Rheinbund. Their possessions, assets and funds in the Rheinbund have been seized and frozen.

The Rheinbund does not recognise Alphonso Duke of Calatrava's claim to the Ebrian Throne, and will continue to refer to him as Alphonso Duke of Calatrava until the title "Duke of Calatrava" will be taken away from him.

Alphonso Duke of Calatrava and Aníbal Durán will be arrested and extradited to representants of the Republic of Ebria upon entering the Rheinbund.
