The Honourable Minister Sun Hsiu-chen,

With several days of delay your short but clear message has been brought before us. This delay was caused by the fact that we need to keep our remaining cadres hidden and had to know for sure that this message from the Far East was not a trick by our many enemies. I have the most profound honour of addressing you as Provisional Chairman of the Tsjekova Revolutionary Clan in the absence of General Jeskov Marjutsk whom is still recovering from his wounds. Our once most powerful clan has been effectively decapitated by both rivalling Clans and the Coupists and we will not refuse any hand that would help us reorganize and eventually restore our past glory. We will not distance ourselves from the action of my granduncle, Ivan Tsjekova, who's actions against the Leninovist leadership were justified due to its necessity to act in order to save our economically dying nation. Taking great chances in doing so, but also realizing our current organizational weakness to act alone, we are willing to listen to your offer.
