We are interested in acquiring the 9mm handgun as the standard issue firearm for agents of the National Security Committee, our national intelligence agency, as well as certain branches of Immigration and Checkpoints Authority Karakhstan and the Republic Guard units. This would include a 2 year contract for ammunitions supplies. Because of the high number of firearms involved in such a contract we are hoping that some sort of discount or other arrangement could be discussed. We can send a team of procurement specialists to your offices in Potenza or, alternatively, your company's men would be welcomed in Almatii to discuss details. In either case our procurement agents will require a presentation and demonstration of the handguns prior to a contract signing.

Beretta would be more than happy to host procurement specialists in Potenza. There is farmland not far from Cremona owned by the House of Morosini, which they permit us to use as a testing range for special customers and showcases. We have recently improved our 9mm to the 96A1, and have substantially removed the jamming problem for which so many accost automatics. The Duke Gustavo di Morosini himself tested out the 96A1 and was pleased at its rapid-fire success. We can also take you to our operations base in the Cremona factory and give you a test run of the 96A1 in simulated combat environments.

In regards to the contract, we would happily agree to a two-year contract, and would like to offer a reasonable discount for the firearms, but a far greater discount for the ammunition. We would also like to make certain the contract had a possible renewal policy.

The visit to Potenza sounds more than satisfactory. Our team shall require accommodation nearby the mentioned facilities and we are assuming that flights to and from Potenza shall be covered by Beretta. The possibility of a discount is also most encouraging. Conditional to performance both in testing and, should a contract be signed, in the field, we would be prepared to have a renewal agreement written into the contract after one year of active service. Once again this would be conditional to performance, however should everything proceed as expected it is more likely than not that a renewed contract would be signed. We look forward to hearing back from our team once they return from Potenza.

Flights to and from Potenza will be covered by Beretta. Your operatives will be flown into San Salvo International and escorted by Beretta personnel to Cremona, where they will be hosted at a fine hotel in the city. We eagerly look forward to the tests, as we think you will find the 96A1 to your liking.

We will, of course, also present a demonstration of any other weapons you may have desire to see.
