Greetings,
Acting as a de facto mediator between the governments of Vangala and Yujin we have updated information for your offices. Yujin has told us that they would like to begin reducing the number of troops on the border in direct conjunction with Vangala as well as withdraw forward-deployed troops further away from the border. They are not, however, prepared to completely do away with the DMZ.
This information is for you to deliberate. Please provide a response to the Karakh diplomatic offices in Kilkila at the earliest convenience. The Yujiners are comfortable with pursuing negotiations depending on your response with Karakhstan as official mediator. We find this a good sign for peace and stability in our region and hope the some progress can be made especially in light of the stalled diplomacy of late.
