Our biggest concern is that the drug trade is continuing to spread, even with increased efforts. While we do admire you continued increasing efforts to stop it, it hasn't stopped and has continued to rise in demand and supply in the past years. This is a problem affecting millions across the world, and it requires greater effort. Which is way legislation is being passed in Geotri to put forth greater effort.
However we can't rid this problem alone, we have to cut off the head of the snake of production. And after years of research and narcotic lab raids we have discovered that most are originating from Frontier Lands Drug Cartels. We see it that it would be easier to stem the flow of the trade at the source than to criticize someone who is suffering at the hands of this forsaken illegal drug trade. We can't exactly just start conducting raids on these cartels in foreign land, it is both morally and legally wrong to send armed men to deal with another nations problem without their consent. This does not mean we would approve signing a treaty allowing us to conduct raids, this is just an example.
I hope you can agree when we say that the easiest way to deal with the problem is by cutting off the head of the snake. And by allowing them to persist in illegal activities it will continue harm both your own people, and people abroad. This has gone far too long, we must stop these cartels.
