I watch from my throne in Implaria with distress. Your Divine Right, authority, are being eroded & usurped by deviants. I speak of course of the rogue 'state' the 'Free' People's 'Republic' of Bourgogne.

Your beautiful cities are being plunged into chaos, bloodshed, darkness. I do not believe either, that there is only one culprit in this. I cannot in good conscience, as a crowned brother, Christian, good person, watch without offering aid. Our Divine Right, monarchies generale are under attack covertly across Europe. We must hold our righteous line as chief protectors of our peoples. I will go into specifics only after you inform me whether or not you would be open to sanctioning foreign aid.
