Dear Sir,
Justosia's emergence from isolation and its concurrent communications with various states and parties around Europe was a time of great misunderstanding, especially for those states where the Tiburan Catholic Church is the confessional church of the state.

Now that the Great Southern Kingdom of Justosia has found its place, reaching out to its neighbors near and far to build relationships, His Majesty the King wishes to extend an invitation to Your Excellency to journey to Elben for ministerial-level talks with myself on building better relations, not only with Elben, but its fellow members of the Council of the North.

We were under the heavy impression your ardently Catholic nation viewed our ardently Protestant nation as 'heretics'. We thought ours would literally be the last nation in Europe yours would want formal ties with. Respectfully, I wish to inquire, what has changed.

I regrettably inform you in the Honourable Foreign Minister Fernando Torres is currently indisposed at other top level talks currently. Though he has been notified of this. After internationale flight concerns are considered, he will contact you himself with further details above my station.

Dear Sir,
Officials from Elben shall travel to Justosia in the coming days to evaluate sites suitable for purchase for a proper embassy facility. I would be most grateful for any suggestions. I assume there is a section of the city of Avalon where embassies are situated? Once we have selected such a site, we will be in contact with your ministry to arrange for the usual establishment of extraterritoriality. Your own officials will be fully accommodated once they reach our beautiful capital of Eschenbach. There are many fine buildings in the embassy quarter where Justosia's legation will feel right at home.

Regarding my invitation to you to journey to Elben for face-to-face talks, your subordinate Mr. Santiago indicated you would reply once you investigated travel logistics. May I inquire as to if you will be able to travel at this time?
