20 December 2011
To the Crown and Government of the Principality:
On behalf of the People and Government of Cœurléon I express the sadness of the use of unconventional warfare which took place on the coastal region of the Principality. The use of such weapons does more harm than good, and would seriously undermine the economic, environmental, social and indeed political welfare of the population for years to come.
I have been authorized by His Majesty’s Government of Cœurléon to provide any and all necessary emergency medical and food supplies. We hope to provide immediate coordination for the relief for the local population. Due to what appears to be increasing warfare we can only work through non-government organizations to provide the supplies.
Should you wish to discuss this further His Majesty’s Government is prepared to meet with your representative in Sainte-Elisabeth, or, upon request, dispatch an envoy to Altai.

State-Minister for Foreign Aid Development
Comtesse de Corza,
