Well, seeing the current map of Boreas, it can be seen that the spots before were bigger. What revy asked for is just a half of what Seneca or Sylvania were. That is why I would support him taking those spots and seeing how the small they are now and I would also support the idea of uniting three or so together to form bigger ones. Maybe that would also make the map a bit less... empty and also keeping the continent.

I agree with this. Map spots were bigger before, and given the size of spots in Toyou and Germania it does make sense considering Borea is, I take it, a new world continent.

Putting together four map spots for Revy to RP would also give the biggest opportunity of kick starting activity in Borea. I don't see much reason to keep to the one nation, one spot rules with this, after all there has been small discussions in the other thread about my proposal to sink everything west of the Great Ocean. Giving Revy this is likely the best way to make something of Borea.

I agree if a nation which is very advanced and powerful also someone who is a great RP'er has I've heard he is would kickstart activity in Borea and ultimately help make the world more diverse rather than just having everyone based in Germania as it currently is

I have similar feelz on Revy's idea. Especially with Kadikistan's requested expansion.

I feel like Revy's isolation will be turned more into a "I can fucks with you, but you can't fucks with me" RP style. But hey, I won't put up a fight on it.

I honestly don't think that's possible. Four map spots doesn't mean the nation will have superpowers and honestly I am not going to make the SWR have the equivalent of a RL America GDP and military. Some power projection capabilities? Sure, I want to get involved in RP. But nothing that allows me to fuck around at will. And I'd actually be more than happy to attract some neighbours that could threaten consequences in case of interventionist adventures, may it be just some island colonies in the Green Gulf.

Lads, I created this thread to keep Taley's map room thread clean. If you have a comment on a map request don't clutter up his threads on it. It is difficult enough being the mapmaker without that hassle.
