Each country that has at least 1% of Catholics will automatically be invited. Confirmations should happen in this place.

The Confederation of Catholic Churches in the Free Cities' League is the legal representative of the four Catholic hierarchies existing within the FCL, each corresponding to each linguistic region. Despite Protestantism being predominant in the German and English-speaking regions and paganism in Boganhem, in Dutch-speaking Flanders it is almost exclusively Catholic. As such, the three Bishops of the FCL, the Bishop of Handelsburg and Lübeck, the Bishop of Warmstrand, the Bishop of Malachor, have always trusted the defence of their interests in the Cardinal of Garenmarkt. Though nominally only at the top of the hierarchy of the Holy Catholic Apostolic and Roman Church of Flanders, because he represents more faithful than the rest of the three Bishops and also due to his higher rank, his opinions are followed with the utmost respect throughout the League. As such, Cardinal Boudewijn de Wever will represent the faithful of the Free Cities' League, independently of language or origin. Let the Holy Ghost guide us in this quest to find God's will as to the successor of Peter.

Archbishop of Weissenfels Rudolph Strelecki, Metropolitan of of the ecclesiastic province South-Eiffelland, Primate of Eiffelland, will attend the conclave.

OOC 1: Wieserreich is an NPC which I more or less control as a country in isolation. This nation is staunchly Catholic, so it may need to be represented. I checked the forum for a name of a cardinal at conclaves in the past, and found Cardinal Rudolf Schmid. I can put him up, but who is OOCly going to vote on his behalf? I can ICly speak on his behalf, but who is going to vote on his behalf? If I would do so, I would be able to use two votes instead of one, which would be unfair to the rest.

OOC: Cardinals vote for himself in conclaves? I voted reading the biographies, but of course you have freedom to vote for yourself, but it would be strange... Then you can apply Wiese and if you want to write a biography ... The others can like him and vote ...
