Königreich Elben
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Communique 2018-01-01/01
Marked: General

Having received reports from on-the-ground observers that the danger of violent regime-change in Crotobaltislavonia is past and noting the continued escalation on the part of that state's neighbors, the Kingdom of Elben gives notice that it is closing its airspace to foreign aircraft that do not have flight plans leading to landing within the borders of Elben. It expresses its regret to those commercial alrlines that normally depend on the normal overflight routes. Another communique will be dispatched when the situation returns to normal.

Office of the People's Commissariat for External Affairs
People's Federal Socialist Republics of

The Kingdom of Elben has shown its most distrustful self today as it violated a clear, mutually agreed upon, understanding between our two nations. Our respect for the rogue state of Elben has hereby diminished completely. Nevertheless we will not let this betrayal doom the fate of millions of Slavonian people. Kadikistani air-traffic over the previously established aerial corridor will be maintained, be it with a greater escort. Meanwhile the scheduled ceremonial mission of the Revolutionary Gothic Fleet in Gouw Marken has been cancelled and all ships have been called back. Patrols along the Elben border, both on land, air and sea will increase and the troops already stationed there will be reinforced significantly. We hope that stronger sanctions are not needed and that Elben will not reignite the conflict just as it was loosing momentum.

Signed,
Petar Kujundzic

Kadikistani Union cuts diplomatic ties with treacherous Elben Kingdom and announces economic sanctions
Kadikistani's do not forgive, they do not forget. A lesson given to Elben through every non-violent method available

Ivar - Freshly appointed People's Commissar for External Economic Relations Serik Akhmotev, from the eastern Socialist Republic of Kyzylodar, announced a series of economic sanctions against the Kingdom of Elben today. This announcement came just moments after a spokesperson for the Central Committee of the All-Union Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party declared that the Union State will sever its diplomatic ties with the Kingdom of Elben for the first time in the long history between our great nation and Elben. These moves are an abundantly clear response to the betrayal committed by the Eschenbach regime during the high-days of the Crotobaltislavonian Crisis when the world was on the brink of total war. On the 1st of January in this very year Eschenbach broke a bilateral agreement with the Kadikistani Union when it unilaterally closed the air-bridge, be it a symbolical act since they dared not face the awesome military power of our glorious nation. The establishment of the air-bridge in December 2017 was the result of a treaty with Elben in which Kadikistan released several reactionary dissidents and extradited them to Elben along with bearing the costs of the logistic organization of the air-bridge through Elbener airspace.

And while there are countless enemies of Marxist-Leninovism, and thus the Kadikistani Union, throughout the world, even our most malicious enemies can not claim that Ivar has ever broken a treaty, be it bilateral or multilateral. Like we always have, our people honoured the treaty and did our share. Eschenbach did not and because of this unworthy and repulsive act the Party saw no other recourse besides the strongest non-violent sanctions the nation can muster. From today forward the Union will close all of its diplomatic offices within the Kingdom of Elben. Future dealings between the two nations will have to go through the Calidian Embassy until such a point when trust is regained. Other existing treaties, mainly economical in nature, will be revised over the following months by a specially formed All-Union Party Committee. Treaties that do not sufficiently benefit the Kadikistani people will be voided unilaterally. A Party functionary explained that Kadikistan now reserves the right to void any treaty with Elben it had prior to the 1st of January as they are factually undone by the breaking of one. "How can there be agreements if there is no trust. They are treaty-breakers and we can not wait for them to catch us off guard again.", the functionary commented.

The most severe sanctions were announced by Serik Akhmotev. Starting next week the Kadikistani Union will raise the tariffs on its exports to Elben threefold while also enacting higher taxes on trade between the two nations. The Kadikistani Union mainly exports unprocessed resources and energy sources such as petroleum, gas and coal to Elben, which prior to this day enjoyed a series of privileged trade agreements. The news will no doubt upset the Eschenbach regime, but if we let betrayal go unpunished we would be as cowardly as them. The Special Economic Zones are not subject to these sanctions as they are bound by treaties with other nations. Treaties that we do not break.

It is now clear rumours of a 'dirty deal' between Elben and Kadikistan were in fact true, with the Kingdom actively aiding Ivar in its takeover of Crotobaltislavonia. We are sure the Christians of Crotobaltislavonia are grateful for Elben's actions.

National People's Congress accepts vote for a new flag
Narrow majority of deputies vote in favour of starting an institutional campaign to solve the 'Flag Question'

Ivar - Our great nation has once again shown its democratic merits to the people of the Union and the world. The bold Annaguly Oghankanev, People's Deputy from the Ras Oblast in the Socialist Republic of Siamak, turned in a proposal to vote either or not our nation needs to change the Union flag. Main concerns stated by Oghankanev, backed by a significant number of deputies with a regionalist reflex, was that the 'Slavic' colours of the flag did not represent the diverse people's living under it. His proposal was preceded by a fiery speech were he pleaded for a reflection of our national inclusivity in the flag and urged all ethnicities, including the Slavic ones, to support his proposal. Oghankanev is often named by analysts as the 'rising star of the Siamak Communist Workers' Party' and is well known for his regionalist agenda within the Kadikistani Union. Upon concluding his proposal he was greeted with applause by roughly 1/3 of the Congress while the same amount of deputies respectfully showed their discontent and another 1/3 abstained from either.

After concluding his proposal Oghankanev the Chairman of the Congress, General Ivan Mladzic, opened the floor for various deputies who either voiced their concerns or their support from the proposal. Although a highly delicate affair the discussions remained civilized, a fine reflection of the unity of the Party. Those voicing opposition to the proposal mainly emphasized the historical value of the flag, some even counter-proposing to give the colour new meaning that would make it more ethnically neutral. The discussions dominated the entire workday of the National People's Congress, after which Comrade Chairman Mladzic opened the vote despite several of the more fierce opposition demanding it does not take place. A narrow majority of 487 out of 960 deputies voted in favour of starting a national campaign to determine if the Union Flag is to be altered. This campaign will take place over the course of the next few months in which the party will lay its ears with the people and determine the national will concerning the flag question. Information sessions and grass-roots discussion moments will be organized in every part of our great Union, at the end of which the deputies will defend the opinions of their constituents.

Each Socialist Republic and the two Special Districts within the Union can made a proposal draft of a new flag should their people desire a change. All new drafts will need to be approved and sanctioned by a Specialized Committee tasked with preserving our national characteristics and the ideological foundation. Those in favour of a flag change will have to select one of the drafts and propose it during a special session of the Congress later this year. During this Special Congress the representatives of the people will choose between either changing or keeping the current flag. The Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Workers' Party, the only institution that can overturn a decision by the National People's Congress, has already announced that it will respect the decision of the Congress and thus the will of the people.

Chairman Mladzic concluded the hard work day with addressing the Union directly "We are aware that this is a very sensitive matter to the various people living in the equally various Socialist Republics and Oblasts. But united through the Party and the common goal of establishing a communist state we must face this issue as a nation and a society. We will come to a collective decision and rally behind it as one." Wise words from a brilliant statesman.

Return of the 'One Krasnislavia Policy' not yet on the table
Central Committee remains reluctant with the rumoured prospect of reinstating the One Krasnislavia Policy in exchange for a vote in favour of changing the Union flag

Ivar - For several weeks now there have been rumours of a compromise between the two major opinions that have been democratically formed in the aftermath of the so-called Flag Question. The latter was raised by a group of KCWP members with regionalist sentiment as they concluded that the many ethnic minorities which enrich our great nation feel excluded by the 'Slavic colours' of the Union Flag. While the entire nation is very much aware of what the existential meaning of the Flag Question is and the polarising effect it might have if not properly guided by the Central Committee of the All-Union Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party, many do not know that a reliable rumour is spreading that another 'Great Compromise' is in the works. But unlike like the Great Compromise of 1964 which was meant to re-establish the unity between the anti-revisionist and the reformist elements within the Party, this new Great Compromise seeks to maintain the unity of the Party. More specifically the unity between Party members with regionalist sentiment and those who value the historic importance and visibility of the Union Flag or seek to alter the meaning of the flag's colours.

This new 'Great Compromise', as a reliable source from inside the Central Committee of the All-Union Party stated, will see the flag changed to a more typical internationalist socialist flag with the tricolour maintained in the socialist symbolism, but not in the background. Besides subtly maintaining the red-blue-white another sign of goodwill towards those in favour of keeping the current flag is rumoured to be the reinstatement of the 'One Krasnislavia Policy'. The latter was maintained until the first year after the death of Glorious Leader Nikolai Leninov in 1958. It meant that Kadikistan would actively strive to reunite the whole of Krasnislavia, divided between Northern Trivodnia, South-eastern Elben and a part of Western Kadikistan by any means necessary, be they political, economical, social or even manu militari. The policy had been maintained since the backwards rule of the Czars, but was shortly abandoned after the 1907 revolution after it was wrongfully deemed a remnant of the Buganov-Swartzhafen imperialism during Comrade Rurik's reign. Marxist-Leninovist theorists later explained that the One Krasnislavia Policy needed to be re-instated on the basis of the socialist emancipation of all Krasnislavians rather than those lucky enough to be born in Kadikistan. Many Leninovist theoretical and pragmatic books explained why our nation could not abandon our brothers and sisters in the large chunks of Krasnislavian land divided among Trivodnia and Elben. Back in those days international solidarity was at an all time high and the visionary leadership of Nikolai Leninov commanded respect and influence in all corners of the world. Sadly such grand adventurism in combination with Tsjekovite economical sabotage could not last as the National Committee for Justice and the Rejuvenation of Socialism had to end the enormous burden that this revolutionary expansionism was demanding from the Kadikistani people.

During the Tripartite Talks of the 1960's Kadikistan, Trivodnia and Elben agreed to normalize the heavily strained ties between the two nation on the one hand and Kadikistan on the other. As an act of goodwill toward those two western neighbours the National Committee agreed to drop the One Krasnislavian Policy based on pragmatic reasons rather than the theoretical ones like during the years of the Glorious Leader. This decision caused much resentment among the radical ideological wing of the Party as they deemed ideology to stand above realpolitik, but they had been greatly weakened by the unrest that followed the death of Nikolai Leninov and were unable to block the decision. Nevertheless the One Krasnislavia Policy remains popular among the People's Deputies, especially within the Old Guards and the Radical Youth League. Exactly those that the reformists would seek to appease in order to push through a change of flag. A return of the One Krasnislavia policy would undoubtedly raise tensions between Ivar and Amstov, but if the rumours are correct the Central Committee is willing to take the international backlash if it means keeping the Party united and strong. Official sources maintain that the return of the One Krasnislavia Policy is "not yet on the table", but that they make "no exclusions for the future".

It would be hugely reckless of the Kadikistani leadership to resurrect the Socialist One Krasnislavia policy in order to maintain internal unity, as it would undermine not only the recent peace achieved following the Christmas Crisis, but the decades of delicate stability all nation-states of the Three Seas region have worked hard to secure. We urge Ivar to think carefully about its next steps.

International calls for unity in the Slavonian Marxist-Leninovist movement

First Secretary Alexei Cherkatcjev and the International Executive Committee pleads in favour of unity between the Otpor League and the Farragoists amidst rumours of internal skirmishes

Ivar - After concluding a special summoning of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties the First Secretary Alexei Cherkatcjev took some time to inform the gathered press about the developing situation in Crotobaltislavonia and the role that must be played by the Slavonian Marxist-Leninovist movement. The special meeting had been called by the First Secretary, in close cooperation with the delegation of the People's Republic of Xinhai, after unconfirmed rumours were beginning to reach the world of an ongoing internal power-struggle within the Slavonian socialist regime. Much to the regret of the First Secretary a rift had been caused within the Crotobaltislavonian Marxist-Leninovist Movement between what he described as "those who follow the ideological mainstream" and "those motivated by exactly the same ideology, but with culturally-fuelled adventurist tendencies". The Kadikistani All-Union Communist Workers' Party, the largest and most prestigious party of the International, leads by example and thus embraced the great statesman Comrade Raoul Farrago along with his entourage and educated them about the many merits of Rurik and Leninov's brilliant interpretation of Marxism. In what seemed like a political and economic miracle the great leader Farrago began transforming Crotobaltislavonia in a socialist state according to the principals of Marxist-Leninovism and under protection of the Kadikistani Union.

But during what is known in the West as the 'X-mas Coup' it wasn't only the establishment of Crotobaltislavonia who turned to Marxist-Leninovism. From the bottom-up a grassroots organization was founded by the people to defend and educate themselves against Radek's thugs. The 'Marxist-Leninovist Optor League' was founded to fight against Radek and his foreign supporters and help establish a stable Marxist-Leninovist State. From their first day of existence the Otpor League received much solidarity from the People's Republic of Xinhai. The revolutionary fire of the Otpor League exceeded that of the enlightened establishment and according to the First Secretary this lay at the base of the conflict. "Farrago knew that he couldn't transform Crotobaltislavonia over night. In order to preserve the relative stability he needed to make those popular reforms one step at a time. It was known that the latter frustrated the more radical revolutionaries of the Otpor League who wanted to enforce more rapid reforms, somewhat blinded by their admirable revolutionary fire." First Secretary Cherkatcjev explained that the Marxist-Leninovist mass movement in Crotobaltislavonia is relatively new and that while revolutionary adventurism is understandable in that revolutionary phase. It was also determined by Ratko Salatic, the Great Reformer, to be an 'infantile disease' of Marxist-Leninovism for which we must remain guarded, lest we endanger all the progress that has been made in the name of socialism.

The International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties, through the press conference held by the Office of the First Secretary of the Executive Committee, announced that it will not choose sides in this "needless conflict that will only aid those who seek to destroy us". Instead it offers to host reconciliation talks in the International People's Palace in Ivar in order to end the violence between good Slavonian men and women. The dangers of the reactionary world are to many for us to be divided. The socialist world must unite as one and if we succeed in doing so all our enemies will perish.

'Solidarity March for a United Krasnislavia'

Long-awaited Solidarity March commences in Olrusk, out of 260,000 sympathizers over 70,000 participants

Olrusk - The Movement for a United Socialist Krasnislavia (MUSK) initiated the long-planned 'Solidarity March for a United Krasnislavia' today after the leadership of the movement, along with some leading Party figures, held several fiery speeches in the crowded Central Square of Olrusk. In those speeches they called for the immediate re-unification of Krasnislavia and urged the people to support their mission to raise awareness for the Krasnislavian Question in Trivodnia and Elben, the two nations whom along with the Kadikistani Union hold Krasnislavian lands. Krasnislavians do not, however, enjoy the same liberties and emancipation in Elben and Trivodnia as their brothers and sisters do in the Union. "The Socialist Republic of Krasnislavia is practically an independent state, our emancipation protected by the Kadikistani Union in which we flourished.", Darko Mihjalev, Chairman of the Olrusk chapter of the MUSK, stated in one of the earlier speeches, "Our friends and family living under the yoke of either Eschenbach or Amstov have a much darker fate. As the 'lucky ones' we can not sit by idly and do nothing as we see our brothers and sisters oppressed on a daily basis. Especially in unitary Trivodnia the Krasnislavians have it poor. With no government of their own and being systematically barred from higher offices by the Yiddish elites the Southern Krasnislavians have very little say in the national matters. They need us, my dear comrades, not to fight their fight, but to show they are not alone. If only to show them that we stand in solidarity with them. No Krasnislavian can be truly free unless all are free."

The organisers of the march stressed that while they are a socialist movement they will march in solidarity with all Krasnislavians, regardless of their often reactionary political education and brainwashing. An amazing 260,000 went down to the centre of the regional capital Olrusk, filling the Central Square and all of the streets until several blocs over, tactically placed big screens and loudspeakers allowing even those in the periphery to follow the speeches. Out of those sympathizers 70,000 highly committed Krasnislavians started the Solidarity March at exactly 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Their number is expected to grow once they cover more of the Krasnislavian SR. The march plans on covering three nations, starting in the Kadikistani Union before reaching the Trivodnian border and finally covers Elbener Krasnislavia. While announced long beforehand it remains unclear on how the governments of Trivodnia or Elben are going to respond to the march. The organisers emphasized the peaceful nature of the Solidarity March and instructed all participants to remain disciplined and non-violent. "We must show the world that we are a civilized people, worthy of our own nation. Our mission will be a success once we complete the march so many weeks from now without a single act of violence and with large amount of Southern and Western Krasnislavians joining our ranks along the way. Together, comrades, we can achieve this. We must shape our own future." The March is expected to arrive at the Trivodnian border by next week.

Members of the so-called 'Movement for a United Socialist Krasnislavia' will be permitted to enter the Free State of Trivodnia providing they have the necessary paperwork authorising their entry. Those without the correct visa or appropriate waiver will be sent back.

To cope with the expected increase of attempted arrivals, additional units from the Free State Border Guard will be deployed at checkpoints along the Kadikistani border.

We will also speak with the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Finance to ensure we have needed support in carrying out customs and revenue inspections as well.

Ministry of National Defence

To be clear: there are no plans for an offensive air strike against Crotobaltislavonian forces around Lake Elbe. We are also highly doubtful of the Kadikistani military's ability to occupy Trivodnia within two weeks, and urge the political leadership in Ivar to refrain from such bellicose claims.

'Ministry of Science and Culture to Impose Restrictions on Same-Sex Romance in Animation'

Government action amid mounting pressure to increase pressure and diminish influences on impressionable children.

Yi'an - The Ministry of Science and Culture, in response to a directive from the People's Congress, has today announced its intention to increase restrictions on the depiction of same-sex romance in animated media. Citing concerns over the potential for the media to influence children, the Ministry's move will aim to adjust the current rating system to more harshly review animation which involves same-sex relationships.

The move could place such relationships in line with current standards depicting abnormal relations, such as with beasts and objects, as well as with erotic, psuedoerotic and pedophilic art. This would prevent studios from advertising their work and remove such animation from all televised and most online mediums and add further licensing restrictions.

In recent weeks the government has faced mounting pressure from conservatives to take strong actions in the defense of children, seeking to take action against what some have called "morally reprehensible abnormalities."

Solidarity March for a United Krasnislavia

The massive Solidarity March, originating in Olrusk, will reach the Trivodnian border tomorrow

Marekt - Grown to no less than 80,000 people strong the Solidarity March for a United Krasnislavia has reached its last Kadikistani pit-stop. In the border-city of Marekt the marching heroes were waved and cheered on by an exited local crowd numbering close to another 100,000. The latter not bad for a provincial city with only 400,000 inhabitant, though honesty obligates us to state that many had come down from the regional country-side to show their support for the March. Local political strongmen gave several speeches to convince the crowd, and the crowd that awaits them in Trivodnia and Elben, of the reason and the necessity of this March. "We must show our brothers and sisters in the occupied parts of our great nation that simply because we gained a level of autonomy bordering on independence, we have not forgotten about them. Our calls for a United Krasnislavia have never been silenced and as we see our friends and family suffer under the boots of Amstov and Eschenbach it only adds fire to our resolve.", local People's Deputy Lev Durachenev said to the masses rallied before him.

It is estimated that a total of 80,000 people will be partaking in the March as it is scheduled to cross the border with Trivodnia somewhere tomorrow. The military escort that had been guiding the Solidarity March until now will not be going along across the border for obvious reasons. Neither are weapons allowed among the ranks of the demonstrators, not even for self-defence. The appointed stewards left in charge of guiding the March through the predetermined and agreed route will make sure of this. The stewards will stand in direct contact with both the Trivodnian and Elbener law enforcement and other relevant institutions or agencies to make sure no incidents occur or are allowed to expand. Stewards will also serve as information beacons for the demonstrators. However sad it might be, we can never rule it out, these stewards are also well-prepared to deal with hostility from the locals.

"We have no illusions considering the indoctrination of our brothers and sisters. Many will consider us the enemy, some might even try to interfere with the march. It is at these times that we must remain calm and civilized. We must show these people that the power of the word is stronger and try. Depending on the situation we will either back away respectfully or try and reason with the misinformed. In both cases we will keep the local authorities informed."
, said Colonel Ratko Servajavec while his uniform was being stripped of its rank in front of the gathered press. Colonel Servajavec, or 'Ratko' as he will be known as long as the March is no longer domestic, has been put in charge of the unarmed and easily identifiable Steward Corps, depending on his special training along with years of experience in the Kadiko-Krasnislavian Militsiya. No doubt he is the right man for the job!

Among the protestors there is some nervousness considering the Trivodnian reception that awaits them. Despite Amstov's willingness to receive the Solidarity March, many fear that the entrance in Trivodnia will not go as smooth as hoped.

Referedum to join Kadikistani Union postponed until further notice
Chairman Erki Veerpalu says there can be no Union unless the Northern Status Quo Treaty is abolished

Rakvere - Heavy debates today in the Rahvasaadikute Nõukogu, the highest legislative body within the Socialist People's Republic of Calidia, as Chairman Erki Veerpalu announces that he will not sign for the union with the People's Federal Socialist Republics of Kadikistan as long as Ivar maintains the Northern Status Quo Treaty with Virumaa. The announcement was met with outrage from People's Deputy Mart Tammet, backed by a majority of the People's Deputies, who is the most visible advocate for a State Union with our comrades in the East. In December of last year Comrade Tammet had put a motion before the Rahvasaadikute Nõukogu which created a basis for an upcoming referendum concerning the question either if Calidia should stay as it is or become a Federal Republic within the Kadikistani Union. The referendum was announced to take place in the early Spring, but has been continuously postponed through various legal methods by an openly rejectionist minority faction within the Calidian Communist Workers' Party. It was a surprise to many, however, when Veerpalu exposed his allegiance to this faction not by word but by deed.

Much like the Old Guard Special Political-Ideological Group in the Kadikistani Union, the rejectionist Red Guard are an official faction within the CCWP as part of the Calidian Compromise after the death of Arvu Maimu in 1976. The latter was conceived in order to avoid a civil conflict such as in Northern Kadikistan between 1957 and 1964 and inspired by the Kadikistani Great Compromise of 1964, which saw the creation of the anti-revisionist Old Guard. By the 1980s the reformists, backed heavily by the Kadikistani leader of the National Committee for Justice and the Rejuvenation of Socialism Ratko Salatic, had secured roughly 60-70% of the seats in the Rahvasaadikute Nõukogu and managed to maintain and sometimes increase that number. And so our nation has successfully maintained the political balance and provided the people with healthy political debates between various worthy opinions. The actions of Chairman Veerpalu are an illustration of our democratic structures and is sure to instigate a public debate on every street, every dock and every factory.

Comrade Tammet has announced that he will discuss the position of Erki Veerpalu as Chairman in the Central Committee of the CCWP. The latter is dominated by the mainstream, but with several fixed positions for representatives of the Red Guard it is sure that the democratic process will be waged fiercely. In either way Veerpalu will not be able to hold off the referendum forever, but as he stated himself; "Our beautiful nation needs more time for debate. If this action is my political suicide, it must amount to something. Let it be so the people of Calidia can better decide their fate." Several hundred Red Guard supporters assembled before the People's Palace in support of Chairman Veerpalu.

Western Direction Mobilizing
Supreme Military Committee announces full mobilization of the Western Direction, partial mobilization in other parts of the country

Ivar - The latest act of aggression against our friends and allies has been conducted by the Trier Concordat. Yesterday the world was shocked as Marsilia and Trier announced out of the blue that Occitania has been granted membership of the imperialist Trier Concordat. Indeed we all remember the Trier Concordat for their imperialist crimes throughout the last century, most recent ones being those against the Slavonian people and their legitimate government in Crotobaltislavonia. While members of the Trier Concordat claim to be protectors of stability they once again seek to tip the delicate Gallo-Germanian balance of power in their favour. Our comrades in Serenierre are now surrounded with Trier-aligned Bourgogne on their Northern borders, Retalia to the East and Occitania to the South. But they do not stand alone.

Several moments ago the Supreme Military Committee of the All-Union Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party, with formal approval by the Central Committee and in compliance with the People's Commissariat for War, announced the full mobilization of the Western Direction of the Revolutionary Armed Forces, including all military branches. This is the Union and the Party's response to the geopolitical encirclement of our Gallian allies, but also an overdue action considering the countless provocation that our people have had to suffer in the past years. For security reasons no more details were given considering the mobilization and major troop deployments, but we will keep the people informed as much as we are.

The Union stands of the eve of something seemingly unavoidable. If our rivals will not respect the same Status Quo that has guaranteed relative peace and stability, we will have no choice but to contest their ploy for dominance with every means at our disposal. Full mobilization has been ordered, the Western Direction prioritized, but the entire Union must unite.

UPDATE: Amstov announces candidacy for the Trier Concordat. Our actions have been justified and our fears confirmed.

The Free State of Trivodnia is deeply alarmed that Kadikistan would mobilise its entire Western Direction in response to the Kingdom of Occitania merely joining the Trier Concord, an alliance that is purely defensive in nature and also focuses on improving economic relations between member-states.

While not a member of the Concord, the Free State of Trivodnia does not believe Burgundy, Retalia or Occitania have designs on the People's Republic of Serenierre, contrary to claims made in Kadikistani propaganda.

We urge Ivar not to undo the peace achieved after the Christmas Crisis and revisit its decision to mobilise hundreds of thousands of troops in its border regions. Should Kadikistan continue on a war footing, we will have to review in our own defensive posture in response.

Seven of the reactionary 'Yugoskija Ten' executed for crimes against Party and State
A total of nine ringleaders of the 'Ultra Conspiracy' pay for their treason with their lives, no amnesty across ranks

Ivar - People across Kadikistan are one step closer to bringing peace to the North of our great Union. At 5 pm today in a filled Tovarich Square the masses cheered as seven treasonous ex-generals belonging to the so-called 'Ultranationalist Brotherhood' were hanged in the centre. According to local Militsiya estimates over 120,000 people attended the public execution, flooding the enormous Square and the surrounding streets while waving various Union flags, holding portraits of political and ideological leaders and holding up banners stating their loyalty to the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Workers' Party. Indeed it was a clear demonstration that the people stand behind their Party more than ever and are anxious to progress beyond the divisions of the past. Our own local correspondent, Vasili Zurmek, struggled to contain his emotions while the massed crowd spontaneously started chanting the All-Union anthem seconds after the execution, followed by the 'Marxist-Leninovist International' and finally the 'March of Salatic'. For Vasili it was clear as day, a new dawn has arrived for our Glorious Union.

The notorious seven included , Revolutionary Air Force, , Revolutionary Army and Spretska Garrison Commander . All were found guilty of conspiracy, high treason, conducting reactionary and anti-state activities and dozens other capital offences in a joint sentencing made by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the Kadikistani Union. The latter is the highest judicial authority for (discharged) personnel of the various branches of the Revolutionary Armed Forces. Known for its fair and popular judgement the Collegium agreed with the opinion of the Party that the crimes of these men were so severe that the sentencing could not show leniency despite impressive past services to the Union. "Past service does not pardon treason. Former General Bardani has shadowed his aerial victories over Burgundy by committing heinous crimes against the Kadikistani People. The other who stand here before me have done the same.", Supreme Judge Lazar Ulrakov ruled, starting his sentencing with the former most senior officer.

With the death of these seven traitors a total of nine of the ' ' have been brought to justice, two others being killed during the Northern Reactionary Insurrection. The 'Yugoskija Ten' were named after the Air Base in the Socialist Republic of Belgarsk were the Ultranationalist conspiracy is said to be conceived. While extremely brave and complex military missions ensured the capture of no less than three of these traitors it was the coward Bukarin that led the Revolutionary Armed Forces and various State and Party security agencies to the remaining three. According to our information Bukarin had fallen from grace within the so-called Ultranationalist Brotherhood before the troubles in the enclaves erupted, but was kept alive by his 'comrades' due to his command and his vote in the All-Union People's Assembly as well as various commissions. But despite his confessions leading to the capture of former RAF Generals Alexei Imrov, Pjotr Vinsko and Andrei Kolya, Bukarin was offered no mercy. The supreme Military Collegium ruled in favour of the public sentiment that called for a punishment worthy of the crimes and deemed Bukarin's information to have the sole purpose of saving himself rather than serving the Union.

The treasonous mastermind behind the conspiracy and the leader of the Yugoskija Ten, former-general Lazar Crnjanovic is now the last of the reactionary commanders still at large. Even before becoming the Union's most wanted criminal Crnjanovic is suspected to have fled to the People's Republic of Calidia, something which the Calidian authorities firmly deny. The latter has led to several severe diplomatic disputes between Ivar and Elva over the past year. In a live-broadcasted speech made after the execution Second Secretary of the Central Committee Vujadin Mihajlovic assured the gathered masses that Crnjanovic will not escape justice even if it means taking "drastic measures against whomever harbours enemies of the Union". With the exception of Bukarin all eight were buried in unmarked graves, little doubt that Crnjanovic awaits the same.

Nine out of Ten Ultra Conspiracy commanders brought to justice is considered the final blow to the Reactionary Northern Insurrection which was concentrated mainly in the Socialist Republic of Spretska-Naritstok, but also saw skirmishes across the Union, more specifically in several enclaves. The Northern commanders assured the public that the last pockets of resistance will be destroyed over the following weeks with its treasonous defenders killed or captured, accepting no more surrender beyond the 31st of June.

Meanwhile the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Workers' Party called for a dismantlement of the Anti-Reactionary Committee's (A-RC) and the temporarily recognized All-People's Guard. The latter served as a voluntary temporary armed militia sprung around the spontaneous popular purpose of defeating the ultranationalist reactionaries. The A-RC's were formed by the leading cadres of the Radical Youth League with it manpower largely supplied by the latter and Yamali-Kadikistani's. With the Ultra's on the verge of defeat Second Secretary Mihajlovic said in his speech that the A-RC's have outlived their purpose and praised them for their service to the Union. Soon after the execution and subsequent speeches were done Student Union leader Yerik Asanbayev issued a statement saying "The dangers of reactionary ideologies in the High-North are too deeply rooted. The A-RC's will always be needed." People's Deputies from the Youth League are likely to put forward a motion to prolong the Anti-Reactionary Commitee's and their militia in the All-Union People's Assembly.

CONFEDERATED REPUBLIC OF BEAUTANCUS
STATE FOREIGN SERVICE,
OFFICE for the ADMINISTRATION of GOVERNMENT
Drummond House, 2552 Company Street,
Welmonton, City of Welmonton, CRB, 58362

It would be both dishonest and disingenuous for this Office for the Administration of Government to pretend that it had not held hope that the social movement inspired by the Yugoskija Ten would result in some change for the better within the boundaries of the former Slavian Empire.

That said, neither can this Office pretend that the movement in question did not, in the end, reveals itself to be little more than a clique of ultimately treasonous bureaucrats and provocateurs playing at self-aggrandizement and enrichment, with no regard for the costs paid by their countrymen in pursuit of these aforementioned goals. A bitter failure for the Free Peoples of the World, as so many before it.

As it is, we shall content ourselves to observe the situation closely - for now -with our own desire to see liberty returned to Greater Slavia undimmed, and never forgotten.

Krasnislavia is united once more!
After almost a century of artificial division the nation of Krasnislavia is whole again under the protective guidance of the Kadikistani Union

Kretyn - Nearly a century, 98 years to be exact, after the creation of the failed Trivodnian state the past wrongs have been undone. With the All-Union Central Committee in full attendance, flanked by prominent local Party members, festivities were held in Kretyn to celebrate the reunification of Krasnislavia. Kretyn is not only the historic capital of Krasnislavia, but the choice was also highly symbolical as the city belonged to the Rogue State of Trivodnia before the 7 Days War. This short and intense war provoked by the now defunct Rogue State was fought between the 1st and the 7th of July 2018, but only now has the reunification been able to be formalized. This is due to the fact that until today Southern Krasnislavia fell under military administration which was necessary to pacify and prepare the region for ascension into the Kadikistani Union. This popular desire was confirmed by a plebiscite held in November of last year were an overwhelming majority of the Krasnislavians formerly under the yoke of Amstov voted in favour of reunification of a Kransislavian Socialist Republic within the frame of the Union.

Flag of the Unified Socialist Republic of Krasnislavia
The flag of the reunified Krasnislavia was proudly displayed all over the city and across the republic, brotherly hanging side-by-side with the All-Union flag. A military parade was held in the streets of Kretyn with a prominent role being played by the 6th Guards Tank Division. The latter being instrumental in the liberation of Krasnislavia and Polesia. The new Krasnislavian anthem was broadcasted through public loudspeakers and sung with perfection during the parade by the Young Pioneer Choir of the 4th District Primary School. The military parade was followed by a civilian parade headed by the Krasnislavian Communist Workers' Party. Militsiya, civil protection units, the Kretyn fire department and many other public servants were proud to display their new and improved vehicles and uniforms. The parade symbolized the transit from a military administration to a civil administration, a message lost on nobody.

The reunification also prompts the need for new local and federal elections which have been announced to take place on the 7th of July. The Krasnislavian Communist Workers' Party had already prepared a list of candidates from across the reunified republic, many of them taking part in the parade or overseeing it. The representation Unified Socialist Republic of Krasnislavia in the All-Union People's Assembly will be drastically increased with 8 more People's Deputies to be dispatched to Ivar in order to signal the local needs. The region is known for dispatching skilled, hard-working deputies with a primary focus on their local concerns, there is little doubt that this will change. The Krasnislavian USR serves as an example of socialist emancipation and administrative engineering. With the remnants of the Rogue State purged from the territory a bright new future awaits the people of this nation.
