On the instructions of Her Excellency Premier Elisabeth Martinique, I have the honour to make the following communication:

The République Séraziniste has with increasing concern noted the conduct of the military forces in the Burgundian People's Republic. Since the commencement of the unjust war against our brethren in Bourgogne, we have seen principles of international law being violated and the unilateral imposition of an exclusive zone designed merely to harm the freedom of the seas and to prevent the Burgundian civilians from receiving vital supplies. It has further become apparent to us that The Domain intends to further accelerate the conflict and there is every likelihood that the sanctity of the CONPROFOR peacekeeping force shall not be respected, owing to the less than stellar track record of the Domain in all that has been witnessed thus far.

In light of this state of affairs, the République Séraziniste hereby issues a declaration:
1. The presence of hostile non-Gallian forces on the continent are unacceptable.
2. The actions of The Domain are unacceptable.
3. The violation of the Freedom of the Seas is unacceptable.

As such, the République Séraziniste hereby issues an ultimatum, whereby all Domain forces are to withdraw from the Gallian continent and disavow the Engell Sea Exclusive Exclusion Zone within 12 hours.

Should the Domain not take heed of this letter, the République Séraziniste shall be forced to come to the full assistance of her brother-state, the Burgundian People's Republic.

TO THE GOVERNMENT OF THE BURGUNDIAN PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC​

On the instructions of Her Excellency Premier Elisabeth Martinique, I have the honour to make the following communication:

The République Séraziniste has realized the importance of pan Gallian solidarity in the face of a grave threat to regional peace. As such, an ultimatum has been issued to the forces of the Domain to withdraw from the continent and to abandon the unlawful exclusion zone which has served to harm only the civilian population of Bourgogne within 12 hours.

As such, we would like to inform you that we are ready to stand by your side in field of battle, shoulder to shoulder, should the need arise. We ask the Pillau Government to give its sister-state in Villesen the honour of standing tall and proud together in these darkest hours for our ancient lands.

Democracy, while not invented within the sovereign lands of the Aurarine Republic, nevertheless finds its perfection on the values of human rights and liberties aas undoubtedly the result of the Aurarine Revolution and its envisioning of the rights of man which are inalienable and symbolic of any civilized society of the past, present, or future.

The Engellexic perversion of democracy and the inalienable rights of man, once contained to the islands of the First Republic and the backward remoteness of the Western continent have now, under brute force, found an inexcusable insertion into the civilized societies of Gallia which have thousands of years of history with which culture is defined and identities flourish.

Having no place within the boundaries of the Gallian continent, finding no rationality with the destruction of one of the world's greatest cultures, the Aurarine Republic - in conjunction with what is now the majority of the world's powers do solemnly declare that:

1) The Presence of the Thaumantic Domain on Gallian soil is unacceptable.
2) The actions fo the Thaumantic Domain's aggressive, unwarranted expansion beyond its borders is unacceptable.
3) The violation of the free navigation of the seas is unacceptable.

Therefore - under the current circumstances with which the continent finds itself, the Aurarine Republic joins with the Serazinist Republic of Serenierre in issuing an ultimatum that Domain activity must cease within the continent or face the full strength of the continent itself.

WHEREAS, it is stated that the ultimatum issued by this nation yesterday has expired and there now exists a state of war between the Republique Seraziniste and the Domain. A formal declaration of war has been signed by His Excellency President Maximilien Hortefeux and has been provided to the diplomatic offices of the constituent nations of the Domain.

REAFFIRM, that this country is committed to the restoration of sovereignty to the Burgundian People's Republic and shall remain committed to the fullest defense of Gallian territory from Occidental hordes currently besmirching the sanctity of our ancient continent.

FURTHERMORE, we welcome the robust response issued by the Government of Auraria and resoundingly favour the Gallian spirit of regional unity.

MOREOVER, we are committed to the humanitarian efforts being undertaken across the globe to help the Burgundian civilian populace and we offer our full support to such endeavors.
