To the attention of the Rt. Hon. Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of @Oesgália​

Honourable Sir,​

The Pelasgian State was quite pleasantly moved by your Kingdom's recent public comments in support of the peaceful transition of power in Pelasgia, and of the progress of secular government the world over. We were further glad to hear of your Government's willingness and eagerness to welcome your Pelasgian counterparts to Oesgália's fairest shores.​

As such, I have been instructed by my Government to extend to you a formal offer for such a meeting between our respective heads of government. In discharging this most privileged task, it is incumbent upon me to extend to you His Excellency's greeting to His Majesty, and my own most profound greetings to your person and to the entirety of the Oesgálian nation on behalf of Pelasgia.​

Arrangements have been made for audience of the Pelasigian State in Pordosol, Oesgália to meet with the following representatives of Oesgálian statehood:

1. Prime Minister Augusto Braga promised to appear beside wife and family if two teen children.
2. Strategos Marco Vidal promises to appear beside son and second wife.
3. Professor Otavia Ementel promises to appear beside husband and child. A special advisory is advised not to engage the Ementel youth in excessive sound or touch.

The Arms of Alma do Este, a hotel proving conference and center for the proposed meeting, has agreed to welcome the Pelagian delegation in both conference and room if the visitors accept.

1. Prime Minister Porphyrios Angelopoulos and his wife, Elpinike, along with their three children;
2. Minister of National Defence Gen. Gregorios Platanias and his wife, Alexandra, along with their four children; and
3. Minister of Foreign Affairs Ioannes Kalantzis and his wife, Theodora, along with their only child.
