"In accordance with the remaining elements of Cantignia's elected authority, the CTA greets European embassies with humility. This is a time of great upheaval for the peoples and patriots of this country, yet we mindfully understand our duty to the international community to protect your citizens abroad.

Chancellor Angus Scalton, elected Deputy Chancellor of the Covenant before Madame North''s demise, has officially made a neutral stand in Vesper, the Capital of this country, where he will ensure the expedient evacuation of foreign nationals who have found their way in to these friendly confines.

Armed Forces that remain loyal to the elected government in Vesper, which includes the Army, Aeroforce, and majority of the former Covenant Armada have been ordered to cooperate fully with incoming military elements. Commander Clarence Campbell will be in contact with international commanding officers as they arrive on the scene, and will make every effort to to ensure Vesper is a secure zone of transit for the ongoing evacuation.

In response to our outstanding efforts to coordinate with your embassies and military assets, we ask that incoming naval, air force, and ground commanders announce their presence in the region as they arrive. A sudden incursion of said assets will be a dramatic event for this region, the first of its kind, so we wish to maintain peace and order with the many forces entering Crownsreign Bay."

There is a map^, I''ve changed some basic names of cities since then, but none that are particularly relevant to you or the RP. The important areas are Lafourche, where the labor occupation started; New Dulwich, where the occupation of the city hall took place; and Vesper, the capital of the country and where your embassies would be. This is the primary zone for egress, the Crownsreign Bay leading in to Vesper.

We will fully cooperate with the CTA while evacuating our citizens and if needed citizens of other countries from Cantignia. Passenger planes and ships are underway. We thank the CTA, especially Chancellor Scalton, and the parts of the Cantignian Armed Forces loyal to the CTA for their cooperativeness.

The Grand Duchy would like to respectfully notify the CTA that the Royal Navy has been deployed, and should be in the area of Cantignia in the next few days. The main force will be heading to Vesper, to secure embassy staff (though the ambassador and a small contigiant shall remain), Potenzan tourists, and other Potenzan nationals. A small task force will be heading to the south, in the Rosethorn Gulf, in case any Potenzan nationals cannot make it to Vesper in time.

We would like to notify the CTA that ships are in the region to evacuate Eiffellandians from Cantignia. Like indicated earlier, a reduced staff will remain at the Eiffellandian Embassy. A helicopter may deliver essential items to the embassy from time to time.
