TO OUR HONOURABLE PEERS IN THE UNITED REPUBLICS, CONGRESS ARESURA, BEAUTANCUS, VAQUERO FREE STATE, AMBROSIA AND SYLVANIA​

We, the Directory of the Hesperian Republic, would like to extend the hand of friendship to the peoples of the Hesperian continent.*

To promote the peace and harmony of our region, the President of the Directory, Torcuato T. Croes, seeks to embark on a goodwill tour.

Should you welcome this initiative, we shall happily receive any and all invitations by your governments, and ask your Ministries of Foreign Affairs to make the appropriate travel and diplomatic arrangements with our embassies in your capitals.

We envision the following travel schedule for the President:

1. Monday, 29 June: Southern Constituent Republics of the @United Republics
2. Tuesday, 30 June: @Congress Aresura
3. Wednesday, 1 July: New Model Republic of @Beautancus
4. Thursday, 2 July: @Vaquero Free State
5. Friday, 3 July: Westernesse States of @Ambrosia
6. Saturday, 4 July: Continental Republic of @Sylvania

We hold ourselves in readiness to consider immediately whether this schedule is acceptable to your governments, or whether alternative arrangements have to be made.

It is with great honor that I convey Overseer-Colonel Iōséph Konstantinos' delight in having this opportunity to host the Hesperian President of the Directory, Torcuato T. Croes, and his pleasure in formally inviting the President to a meeting within the Presidential Palace of Daeva on the proposed date of Tuesday, June 30th 2020. Overseer-Colonel Konstantinos is especially eager to continue developing warm relations between the Hesperian Republic and Congress Aresura, as well as enact joint efforts to dislodge foreign imperialists from the Aresurai Archipelago.

This office shall, by orders of the Overseer-Colonel, gladly coordinate with the Hesperian embassy in Daeva in planning out the President's visit to our great nation.

Although this proposed tour does not include the Johnston Isle: we duly recommend that this WeFTA partner is added to ensure the Directory President observes a comprehensive tour of Westernesse Free Trade Agreement countries.

We, the Directory of the Hesperian Republic, would like to extend the hand of friendship to the peoples of the Hesperian continent.

To promote the peace and harmony of our region, the President of the Directory, Torcuato T. Croes, seeks to embark on a goodwill tour.

@Johnston Isle was not initially included in President Croes's itinerary, which is a mistake we should like to rectify through this letter. He is eager to visit the entire WeFTA and would duly like to visit Johnston Isle on the last leg of his journey.

Should you welcome this initiative, we shall happily receive any and all invitations by your government, and ask your Ministry of Foreign Affairs to make the appropriate travel and diplomatic arrangements with our embassies in your capitals.

We would graciously accept your initiative to come to Ogallala, the Capitol City of the Confederacy, for your last leg of the tour. While time with the Chancellor will most likely not consist of the amount of time that your President would perhaps like to have on his first visit given ongoing circumstances that have the highest levels of our government working busily with the situation in Germania.

With that consideration in mind we can include a brief hour long visit with the Chancellor for some meeting time and allow your delegation whatever accommodations they desire for the duration of their visit in our country and allow meetings with other government officials for any discussions they may wish to have that the allotted time with the Chancellor does not allow.
