Resigned under our obligations from our peace/non aggression treaty, I have received authorization & Royal Ascent to de-classify our military readiness program known as Defence Readiness One.

Naval
- Construction of 3 new aircraft carriers. Current level: 0. Progress: 2 90% completed. 1 25% completed.

- Construction of 5 new guided missile destroyers. Current level: 4. Progress: Beginning.

- Construction of 5 new surveillance frigates. Current level: 2. Progress: beginning.

Army
- Constictuon of 50 new tanks. Current level: 46. Progress: 25%

- Construction of 100 new pieces of artillery. Current level: 100. Progress: 50%.

Air Force
- Construction of 100 new Talon (Mach) II's. Current level: All Talon I's are being recycled/phased out. Progress: 15%.

- Construction of 50 new Rapier attack helicopters. Current level: 42. Progress: 17%.

Please be advised that we shall be requesting a reciprocation shortly.

Your excellency,

We thank you for your openness as you have quelled many concerns that we had, especially that we might have been the target of the militarisation program you are putting together in your country. Our reaction might have been a bit too much, but we never had the intention to break the non-aggression pact. Should Justosia not have responded so warmly, we wouldn't have attacked it, as such a thing would have been a ludicrous suggestion, but merely would have put together ourselves a similar program to yours, to be sure that we would be ready for any kind of aggression, even if it comes from sunset, sunrise, midday or midnight.

As of yet I am deeply sorry to disappoint you, but Natalia has no programs similar to the Defence Readiness One, as you might have read in the recent edition of the Harton Chronicle, we are allocating more funds for the systematisation of townships and better education and healthcare, rather than the military, as we already feel that the Defence Force is good enough to protect the interests of the people of Natalia. As for the rest, the Federation is democracy which enjoys transparency so any information necessary can be found in online encyclopedias, such as the wiki.
