DEAR SIR(S)
The High Kingdom of Caledonia, on account of its well established neutrality and impeccable diplomatic record with both our nations, has been selected to oversee the demobilisation of Kadikistani and Trivodnian forces along our shared border.
Should the High Kingdom accept the invitation, which we hope it will, Caledonian observers will be embedded within our respective militaries, reporting to both Amstov and Ivar on the progress achieved.
Under the terms agreed between Kadikistan and Trivodnia, the Free State will initiate the demobilisation process, which will be phased over several stages to give both sides a sense of security. A full programme outlining the different phases is attached.
