To all interested parties:
After arriving to the conclusion that our position as the legitimate government of Denisova has been internally and externally consolidated in its entirety, we have decided to shift our focus from engaging in such affairs to actively developing our country's economy with the purpose of making ourselves strong enough to participate in both the Europe region and the world on an equal and peaceful (when possible) basis. However, in order for us to succeed in this endeavour, we need to fully tap into our various raw material reserves (iron ore, coal ore, bauxite, chromite, copper, petroleum and natural gas) and we need to fully develop our industrial manufacturing and processing sector and these two tasks are tasks that we are simply not capable of performing on our own at this moment. Therefore, we would like to issue a request for assistance in this regard. This request is divided into two parts; one part, which will deal with the multinational companies of Europe and another part dealing with the governments of Europe.
To the officials of the multinational companies of Europe:
we are willing to enter joint ventures with all of those that are interested in accepting this request. The terms of the joint ventures that we are willing to enter are the following:
To the officials of the governments of Europe:
We humbly request your assistance in developing our industrial manufacturing and processing sector. If we determine that the assistance you offer is the best kind of assistance with us, then we will further negotiate the terms of the assistance as to avoid any potential conflict with our separate joint venture activities.
