[Discussion] Embassy with 10000 Islands

At 15:16 on 24 September 2015, we received a request from 10000 Islands's founder, Grub, for an embassy with Europe.

In the past, I have remanded this decision to the World Assembly members of Europe. However, there are concerns about the democratic nature of WA-exclusion in the World Assembly. In that, I would like to ask all of you about how Europe should determine these regional issues in a democratic fashion.

On a second point, this thread is to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of an embassy with 10000 Islands.

What's the thing about embassies in the first place. I thought it's a plain symbolic thing wich changes nohting at all... I mean, the add up at the Europage page and ths'sa all there is? Can they, or we do something with embassies?

It also clearly serves the purpose of getting our name around, showing some level of solidarity with other regions, some prestige factor, and allowing us to represent our interests should it be necessary.

It seems to me there are no disadvantages - so why we have to discuss it at all? A poll in de RMB would be enough. Don't you think so?

Having embassies might get more new peeps onto this forum so I like the idea. I wonder though if eurofounder is okay with embassies
