Antonios Antoniou, Representative of the Pelasgian People's Republic to the EF:

"We are admittedly rather perplexed by recent developments. On the one hand, we are told that EF resolutions have the force of absolute law, and on the other that they cannot override peremptory norms of international law. Which is it? Unfortunately, it cannot be both.

"If any members wish to leave, that is their own prerogative. For our part, Pelasgia will continue to trade with all countries and has no wish to take part in prolonged foreign entanglements. We view the EF as a forum for international discussions, and hope that it continue to act in this capacity."

Richard Walsrode, Representant of the Rheinbund to the European Forum

"The European Forum is a place to discuss matters and solve disputes. But disputes cannot be solved when one side insists on 'my way or the highway'. The only reason why the European Forum failed here, is the representants of Tarusa and the HFE refusing to discuss matters out. Let one thing be clear: The Rheinbund commits itself to the White Helmets active in Zara and the Bourdignian Rump State, but we will observe very closely what will happen there. The Rheinian White Helmets will only carry out EF-resolutions, and nothing else. Should a war break out between the ScanLaw on one side and the HFE and Tarusa on the other side, then the Rheinbund will stay out of that. Furthermore, the Rheinbund will not join trade boycotts, but will continue to trade with both the ScanLaw and the HFE and Tarusa."
