Citizens and residents of the Dune Sea are hereby alerted of the following:
A mandatory CURFEW shall be in place from 21h to 05h until further notice in the cities of Sandhavn, Tjamuaha and Caroline Amaliestad.
Individuals outside during the curfew will be stopped by Local/Outback Police or RNEF soldiers and will be asked to provide identification and state their purpose for being outside. Workers in essential services are exempt from the curfew but will still be stopped to state and prove their purpose.
Additional CHECKPOINTS shall be erected within the three main cities on top of the existing urban entry/exit checkpoints. Pedestrians and vehicular traffic will be stopped at random to produce ID documentation and must submit themselves and their possessions/vehicles to inspection.
Individuals may be summarily detained for further questioning by the relevant authorities, including the Preventive Security Service and the Nedernesian Divisie Éen.
PLEASE COOPERATE - IT IS FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL!
Individuals who refuse to adhere to directives from uniformed officials/officers/soldiers will be given a series of verbal warnings. If the officials/officers/soldiers believe their life, the lives of their comrades or the lives of the nearby public are in danger at any time, they are henceforth AUTHORISED TO NEUTRALISE ANY THREAT INCLUDING WITH LETHAL FORCE.

This declaration was issued by Chief Executive of the Dune Sea Overseas Crown Colony Authority, Mr Kabelo Mbonambi and received Royal Assent from Viceroy Msweli on this Thursday, 4 June 2020 and comes into immediate effect.
