We can deliver two kinds of train sets with operational top speeds of 200 km/h.

One of them is the . This is a double deck train set that can reach an operational top speed of 200 km/h. Our special tilting technique ensures the comfort of the passengers also at the operational top speed. This tilting technique makes it possible to take curves at a 15% higher speed than without it. We can deliver this train as a six-waggon train set (a propelled waggon at the head, an addtional one at the tail and four middle waggons) with 620 seats per train set at 22 mln Euromarks per unit, which would lead to a total price of 330 Euromarks.

The other train is the . This is a single deck train set that can also reach an operational top speed of 200 km/h. We can deliver it as a six-waggon train set (a propelled waggon at the head, an addtional one at the tail and four middle waggons) with 300 seats at 12 mln Euromarks per unit, which would lead to a total price of 180 million Euromarks. You could also decide to use your full budget and buy some more train sets. Then you would have the possibility to couple two trainsets at busy time points and use only one trainset at less busy hours. In that way, you could save energy.

We would also like to give some additional information on both trainsets. Both are airconditioned, and both are equipped with wireless internet, electronic information for passengers, separate compartments in the first class, wide doors for quick entry and exit, emergency call systems and CCTV. The trainsets are equipped with our Efficient4 package, consisting of our Permanent Magnet Engines, our climatisation system and our energy management system, realising a 10% energy use reduction compared with older trains.

OOC1: I have the problem that I don't know the exchange rate between the Real and the Euromark. I presume that it is around 1.

OOC2: References:

--->
For the price of one Bombardier Twindexx: ; 1.3 bn / 59 ≈ 22 mln
Limitation: What kind of trains? The 160 km/h variant or the 200 km/h variant? Given what I read on the Wikipedia article, we are talking about a 200 km/h variant with tilting techniques. Then we can safely presume that we are talking about 200 km/h trains. And given the pictures, we can safely presume that we are talking about 6-waggon trains.

For the price of one Talent 3: ; 1.9 bn / 300 ≈ 6.3 mln.
Limitation: What kind of trains? I have the feeling that we are talking about slow regional trains. I think we can say with probability bordering certainty that these trains will be the 160 km/h variant. Therefore, I presumed that the 6-waggon 200 km/h variant would cost 12 mln.

I don't think I can deliver you 15 ICEs or Velaros for 350 mln. Please see the following.
This article talks about 137 ICEs for 10 bn. That would be on average ± 73 mln per ICE, where 37 ICEs are 7-waggon trains and 100 ICEs are 12-waggon trains (at least that is how I understand the article).
Suppose a 12-car ICE costs 80 mln. That makes 8 bn for 100 trains. Then 2 bn is spent on 37 7-waggon trains; makes ± 54 mln per train.

In addition to our bid, we would also like to inform you about another possibility. We can also deliver you 15 non-tracked sets of in total 9 (including steering waggons). Such a set contains a restaurant waggon, and is suitable for an operational top speed of 230 km/h. We can deliver you such a set for 25 million Euromarks per set, That would lead to a total of 375 million Euromarks for 15 sets. A 200 km/h variant of this set would cost 20 million Euromarks per set, leading to 300 million Euromarks for 15 sets.

Additional to these sets, we can deliver you 15 . We can deliver the ME 200 fit for one voltage (single-voltage) for 3 million Euromarks, fit for two voltages (dual-voltage) for 3.5 million Euromarks per locomotive, and fit for three voltages (triple-voltage) for 4 million Euromarks per locomotive. For the ME 230, the prices would be 5 million Euromarks (dual-voltage) or 5.5 Euromarks (triple-voltage).

The lowest price for 15 non-tracked sets and 15 locomotives is 345 million Euromarks. For that price, we will deliver you 15 non-tracked sets of 9 waggons each, as well as 15 single-voltage ME 200 locomotives. We need to inform you though that, should you intend to use these trains outside of Ebria as well, you may encounter problems due to differences in the voltages used on your own railway net and the ones abroad. We do recommend that you invest in dual-voltage or even triple-voltage locomotives. You can decide to buy the single-voltage locomotives now though, because they can be easily be converted to dual- or triple-voltage afterwards.

EBROAER A-JET FAMILY
A-150/A-170/A-190

The A-Jet is a narrow body plane, caring 60 to 120 passengers. It was introduced in 1999 and designed for Air Nostrum's internal flights in Ebria, becoming a successful regional flight airplane. The series has been a commercial success primarily due to its ability to efficiently serve lower-demand routes while offering many of the same amenities and features of larger jets. The A-190 manages a 16 to 24% lower fuel burn and 15–25% lower maintenance cost per seat compared to the first generation plane of the family, the A-150.

EBROAER R-JET FAMILY
R-60/A-80/A-100
The R-Jet Family is a regional flight design, even smaller than the A-Jet family, designed to carry little passengers on low demand routes, but still able to keep them financially viable. Designed to takeoff and land on very short runways, the R-Jet Family have been designed to be used on municipal and regional airports. The R-JEt family is able to carry between 40 and 70 passengers.

Talvo Carriages

Omnipresently observed and unique to Ebria for their low height and short length, Talvo carriages are unique in the fact that the wheels are mounted in pairs but not joined by an axle and the bogies are shared between coaches rather than underneath individual coaches. This allows a railway car to take a turn at higher speeds with less hunting oscillation.

Talvo carriages come in the following arraingements: Seated (Tourist and Premium class), Sleeper (4, 2 or 1 berth), restaurant/bar, and control post. Carriages can be aquisitioned on a one by one basis, as used by REREFERO, in traditional trains, or as tied in consists as a Class 212 train.

TWCS wishes to purchase 5 container vessels capable of carrying 20,000 TEU's. Despite current ongoing events that have rocked the shipping industry, TWCS is poised to expand as exports and imports between the Federation and Cantignia continue to grow every year.

Nautica is honoured to receive the order of the 5 container super-ships. Currently, in our facilities in Villanueva and Chiste, we can work and build the new ships and it will mean that at most we will work at 2 in parallel. It will mean at best 2 years for a ship. (OOC: 2 months for 2 ships? unsure). The price will be at 190 million EM per vessel.

(OOC: Sorry to comment here, but I believe for a similar arrangement with Corrientes we had agreed to speed up construction to 5-8 months for ships bigger than this for RP speed purposes, so I cut mine down to 4-6 months. This is just to give @The Federation a chance to meaningfully receive/use these IC, instead of waiting for years, but I can also increase to 2 years if needed.)

OOC: And who has spent how much time warping in their existing merchant navies (that nobody has ever actually even laid out and simply assumes they exist) when they warped in their nations?

All these discussions about all these timeframes confuse me beyond measure.
