An Extension of The Queen-Empress' Statement in Council.
DULWICH, SUNDAY, 16th MARCH 1954
A charge of a most serious nature against a member of the European Family of Nations has been found, followed up, indeed it is, by a punishment which the Empire of Great Engellex can and shall inflict.
Her Engellexic Majesty's Imperial Cabinet and, certainly so, the Imperial Parliament does not see agreement with those who thought that judicial power should be assumed by a collective of nations - an absolute MINORITY of nations - to enforce the determined collective will of those nations upon the European Family of Nations; this being the first opportunity that had been afforded to the Empire of Great Engellex of expressing a competent opinion, it has been found that the International De-Colonisation Committee is grossly suited for such a purpose as to affect a smooth transition of colonial rule in Himyar and has, within its failure, invited the circumstance of European relations presently being observed.
If the Republic of Cathiopia was proud of the splendid talents of the members of its government, if it felt gratified by the exertions of military prowess by others, or if it owned with satisfaction the dignity it derived from the not less important, though less glaring virtues of integrity and rectitude in others, it was impossible for it not to suffer in an equal proportion; if the Cathiopian Republic whose government remains stained by deceit and corruption were still permitted to retain a position within the Court of her Engellexic Majesty at Dulwich, where their peculiar deformity was rendered the more conspicuous by the general excellence of the whole system of formal representation, the position of her Engellexic Majesty would certainly be found lessened within the eyes and expectations of Crown Subjects. Unless, when found necessary, wholesome remedies were applied to purify it, it was impossible that the proceedings of diplomatic affair could continue healthy and vigorous within her Engellexic Majesty's Court.
The expulsion of the Minister Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, was always a much regretted tool, and much doubt has been entertained of the wisdom and prudence of the proceeding; but among all the precedents there were none of more frequent occurrence, or which had been visited more uniformly by the just punishment of diplomatic engagement, than cases of deceit, and notorious breach of international trust in transactions for affairs as grave as that of the Danish Eastern Cape.
In proceeding it is indeed impossible for the Imperial Cabinet to profess ignorance of what was known to the whole of Europe :- the dignity, the independence of the Republic of Cathiopia has been recognised as usurped by questionable powers, as Cathiopia herself attempted international recognition.
There can be no justification acknowledged to the distresses upon the security and prosperity of Himyar, and, indeed, Preuti-Borussia, from the calamity that is Cathiopian foreign policy - the Government of Cathiopia will simply find its legitimate recognition questioned, if pursuit of such justification were made.
And in considering, it has been so determined :-
That the Republic of Cathiopia, the responsible authority, having been considered and investigated upon her diplomatic conduct, from 2nd February 1954, and gross incompetence and notorious deceit of trust having been proved against the Republic of Cathiopia, is unworthy and unfit to continue to have formal relations with her Engellexic Majesty's Empire of Great Engellex.
Forty-eight hours have been permitted as to allow the Government of Cathiopia to vacate the estate occupied by her diplomatic mission in Dulwich; naturally, her Engellexic Majesty's Imperial Cabinet will acknowledge identical consideration for her Engellexic Majesty's Minister Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Cathiopia.
His Lordship, the EARL of HESSEX,
By the Grace of GOD, of the EMPIRE of GREAT ENGELLEX, CHARLOTTE, the QUEEN-EMPRESS,
