My name is Valeria Meléndez and I am the President of Humans without Borders (Humanos Sin Fronteras). We are a non-profit organization based out of the City of Solis whose sole purpose is the advancement of the human condition, irrespective of a nation's history, ideology, or present conflicts.

There is no doubt that the war in Trivodnia has caused damage to the nation and harmed its people. It is our intention to extend an arm in peace and partnership and offer the aid of our organization in helping to rebuild the country and provide needed supplies to the populace. All expenses shall be covered by the organization, which is funded through public donations.

Madam President,

More assistance in the multi-lateral effort to rehabilitate Olnitz-Slavonia is welcome. Please forward a list of the personnel you plan on dispatching as soon as possible. The SPA will begin background checks and the Border Guard will be alerted to anticipate their entry into the Free Canton.

Also, I recommend getting into contact with the Elbener Brothers of St. Dumas and coordinating with their efforts. For some months now, they have been the lead agency on both sides of the border in assisting internally and externally displaced Crotobaltislavonian refugees.
