The Angliarique Permanent Government is profoundly grateful for the provisions of economic incentives, and is willing to coordinate a smooth process with the Tarusan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other relevant Tarusan representatives as well as Pressburg Members, to facilitate the construction of proper facilities for the permanent station of Tarusan military personnel in the Empire of Angliarique.

Therefore, in order for such to be realised, the Angliarique Ambassador in Kremlyov has been notified, and is authorised to act for His Grace the Prince Regent, on a plenipotentiary level. The Manor of Valeria, thus formally invites relevant officials to the embassy in Kremlyov for further discussion of this proposal to work out the details of the agreement.

On the Empire’s exclusion from the Wien Summit​

The Angliarique Permanent Government is not wholly against attempts to form a new international body, where all nations are included. The summit in Wien is one such example, perhaps the only example of an attempt to form such a body, in the aftermath of the European Forum's demise. Regardless of the Angliarique Empire not being invited, we nonetheless express our sentiment that the leaders of Europe presently in Wien, succeed in the virtuous aspirations that they have.

On the Royal Dilemma in Ebria​

The Angliarique Permanent Government will be clear on its stance over the developing situation, involving several factions claiming the supreme right to govern the Crown of Ebria.

The agents of chaos perpetuated by the so-called Ebrian President, Ana Isabel Gallego, must cease their terrorism campaign against His Majesty King Alfonso VII.

There is no doubt over the clarity and supremacy of the Ebrian Constitution, nor is there uncertainty over the rights of Ebrians in deciding for themselves the best for their country, culture, and values.

The Ebrian people have chose, and have chosen long ago. The Ebrian Constitution made effective by the Ebrian electorate, legitimises the reign of His Majesty King Alfonso VII, and leaves no doubt over the legitimate state that is the Crown of Ebria.

Haglian, New Era Declaration​

For the months preceding the decapitation of the Banker Government, the late Chancellor found apparently a strong need to estrange the Empire from the peaceful countries of Europe, severing friendly ties with nations through an aggressive foreign policy of doubling down on all decisions believed only by himself to be made in the best interests of the Empire’s people.
The Regency Council can only describe the transcendental nature of Banker’s policies as crippling, for not only has it hampered efforts to pursue an immortal peace with our counterparts, it has also forced the country and the people’s culture into complete shame. Angliarique has been utterly humiliated by foreign powers and foreign jesters alike.

After the utter embarrassment suffered by Angliarisians from all walks of life, the Banker Government assumed that it was only political harm that the Empire had to suffer, and terribly so they were wrong. The economic decline of the Empire followed the international estrangement of Angliarique by foreign powers, the Dahl fell towards the abyss, industry was rife with fear and uncertainty, the ravine of the wealth valley widened ever so vastly, and most important of all, the people grew enormous hate for the Banker Government. And the solution the late Chancellor offered was to steer the Empire into the jaws of the Tarusan Tsar, Angliarique suffered further estrangement as a result of this and found itself increasingly lonely as it was moved into the Pressburg Pact.

From then on, the Angliarique Empire became subjugated to the wild wet dreams of the Konstantinist in Kremlyov. The Banker Government was left unaware of the true imperialist intentions that had came to be disguised under the understanding forged during the Empire’s entry into Pressburg, at once and swiftly, the Tarusan Tsar seized the economic independence of the country and besieged the nation’s armed forces under the pretext of protecting Angliarique from foreign invasion. The Banker Government knew not that it had already been invaded.

With Angliarique now a mere informal vassal of the expansive Tarusan Empire, the Tsar expressed his intentions to bring useless war to the otherwise peaceful region of Gallo-Germania and to a wider extent, the rest of Europe. By this unilateral prerogative of the Tsar, and with Angliarique under economic subjugation, the late Chancellor found himself in a dilemma, every word and request that came from Kremlyov felt like an instruction to him. Forgetting that his true loyalties lay with the Angliarique Throne and Angliarisians, he involved himself with clandestine exploits of the Konstantinist Imperialists. As the Regency Council has recently uncovered in an investigation, such exploits saw the movement of some forces to the Csengian Kingdom with the intention to commit international crimes.

Moreover, no one can forget that the Banker regime did nothing to effect for a purposeful and meaningful arrangement with regards to maintaining the harmony of the peoples in the Angliarique Empire. It is noted that it was under Banker’s leadership that led to separation of Angliarisians and Spascirians into two divided states, which were not manifest until the devastating Spascirian Revolution had nearly crippled and overwhelmed the security and harmony found in Port Stupor. In the words of the Earl Briutine, “It was a disaster.”

The long list of betrayals and slight by the late Chancellor Banker goes on and on, and finally ended a day ago, when Gen. Ordigen Loaphas put a halt to his cruel rule and now hopes as does the Royal Family that Angliarique can be freed from this disaster. The New Era is here.

Withdrawal From Pressburg Pact ​

It is with immense pain and regret, that the Empire of Angliarique now under intense political turmoil, can no longer maintain its disciplines and responsibilities as a valuable member of the Pressburg Pact. The Regency Council therefore convened privately at the Manor of Valeria on the 20th day of April 2024, to discuss among other concerns already occuring, the extreme conundrum this country faces by continuously identifying itself with the Pact.

Thus, the dilemma was a challenge brought down from the highest heaven unto this country, that since has been observed by His Grace the Regent, and ever so moving forward, the Regency Council put forth a motion of the highest authority towards the view and observation of His Grace, asserting that the Empire of Angliarique must immediately withdraw from the Pact, or face various severe ramifications as a result of being associated with it.

Consequently with heartfelt regret, the Prince Regent Haglia submits the Empire's formal declaration notifying the existing members of the Pressburg Pact, the Empire's resignation from all instruments of the organisation, and conclusively any further involvement with it.
The withdrawal shall be effective beginning on the 1st day of May 2024.
